Grandview Private 2 room suite, 5 minutes to Dreams Park, close to town

Exactly as advertised - very nice host and perfect for an umpire/couple visit to DreamParks. So close, convenient, and perfect for the occasion! Host was very helpful with all my questions!

The owner, Lynn met me the day of arrival. The in-law apartment was a perfect space for my daughter and I to stay while my husband coached and my son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. The space has a Kerig, she provided K cups, and small refrigerator with freezer space. There is no stove, but we made do. Laundry can be done 1/2 mile down street at campground that has public access. Recommend leaving at least 45 mins early for your scheduled game. Traffic can back up, also cut through Seminary rd. This is a perfect rental for a couple who are staying Cooperstown. You get a bedroom with a queen size bed, a converted bedroom that has a futon along with a TV and mini-fridge/freezer, and your own bathroom. The owner is very nice, as well.

We stayed over the 4th of July week and the location was perfect, just far enough out of the main traffic but still within 10 minutes of the baseball fields, host was amazing and always asked if we needed anything and accommodated our every need, and she was very kind on top of it all. Perfect for small family

A beautiful convenient spot- very clean with newlinens, new Keurig and the K cups. Owner was very accommodating. It was just right for the two of us. Thank you for a great stay.

Comfortable, great owner, a touch on the small side. Lots of plant growth over the sidewalk to the front door (& my husband is allergic to bees). Much rain created standing puddles on stairs to our entrance, so that was a bit tricky. Bedroom window had no working blinds on the bottom half, so we covered the window with newspaper so the bright light would not wake us.

Had a very comfortable stay for 6 days as an umpire at DreamPark. Exactly as advertised and everything was clean, comfortable and neat. Lynn (Host) was very helpful and there was good communication. Highly recommend if you are in town for a stint at Dream Park!

It was perfect and a short distance. Slept well, very clean.

This property is close to Dreams Park. Very quiet area with a scenic view. The property owner was helpful in check in and out. Made the stay very delightful!!
