Grandma's House - home away from home, close to UI, downtown IC and Coralville

Came with a couple Dads to visit our kids at school. This place was perfect for us. Great Location. Clean. Good communication. Would definitely stay here again.

In town for our Daughter's Graduation from UIowa! 2nd time staying at G'ma's House. It was perfect for our needs on this short stay. Clean and space for us, our son, and my mom. Also, it was great to have room for the rest of the family drop by to celebrate and just hang out. Exactly what we needed for this trip and we all loved having our own home to relax in instead of sitting in a hotel.

Sweet home with lots of space. Comfy beds, efficient check in and out. I am glad I was reminded to double check the lock when leaving…. I got in my car and started to drive away and then went back to check and it hadn’t locked. Pushed the lock button again, and it locked the second time. Also, owners have the best books on their shelves. Great taste in literature. Thanks, Gramma!

Our stay was very nice. Very clean and easy to access. Our only disappointment is the TV didn't work and we couldn't watch any college games.

Baseboard heat took a little while to warm the house up, luckily throw blankets were provided. It was very clean. Perfect spot for a girls weekend

Such a sweet home! We used two of the bedrooms, both beds were super comfy. House was absolutely spotless and so cute. Every household need and toiletries were provided. The collection of cookbooks was so fun to look through. A wonderful stay, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

As described this is truly Grandma's House It was clean and met our needs for the weekend to visit our son at the University. There is a great donut place and coffee house a short drive away!!

We enjoyed the cute house while visiting daughter at the University of Iowa. Really enjoyed the old CDs to listen to while hanging out. I would definitely book it again when needed.

This property was very clean and the check in process was very easy. The home had absolutely everything you could need, pots, pans, silverware, coffee, linens, etc. Very impressed and the location was perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect little place for us to stay for a one night getaway- wish I could have stayed longer and read some of the books on the shelves! I think Melinda and I have similar tastes! Oh, and the towels felt like a dream!
