Private Hilltop Country 3-Bedroom Home

Pam was very quick to reply when I had a question and had everything I needed to prepare meals during our stay. Great for families. The location was perfect and easy access to I-80. We plan to return and hope Pam’s place is available.

Everything was as promised. It was a very nice, peaceful place with easy access to town and comfy beds.

Pam's home was perfect for my family to travel to Iowa City for my son's graduation. The home was exceptionally clean, and was in close proximity to all events and activities that weekend. Would definitely recommend!

My family stayed here while in town for my son’s wedding which was located at Wilson Orchard just 10 min away! It was a perfect spot! The house was clean and comfortable and had all we needed! My 2 grandkids ages 10 and 3 enjoyed being able to play outside and loved meeting the owners dog Sadie! Check in and out was smooth and the communication was easy! Thanks again for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Clean and well situated property. Easy to work with property manager. Thermostat was a bit difficult to figure out (maybe add some instructions in the book?) and one of the twin beds needs a better mattress, but otherwise comfortable. Great washer/dryer and we loved the porch space and decorative lights in the evenings. Plenty of parking space.

We were visiting family in Iowa City for the holidays and needed a place that would feel homey enough for Christmas morning for our kids. This place was clean, quiet, and perfectly sized for our family. The owners, who live nearby, were friendly and kind. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

This is a wonderful property. Nothing fancy but very functional. The rural setting is so nice. We invited Pam to stop by for a visit and it was a highlight of our time. Thank you for creating such a nice place for us to enjoy.

We had a lovely stay. Perfect for us and all as advertised.

Our stay was fabulous. Close to everything but off the beaten path in the quiet wilderness. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck with our coffee watching the squirrels, birds and deer. The home was clean and accommodating for five adults. One downfall is that the living room seating wasn’t great for all of us to watch tv, or even to relax after much visiting with our Iowa family.

It was perfect for us! We enjoyed the back deck both nights! It had a table and seating enough for the 6 of us. We had beautiful weather and that was great! We brought some extra bag chairs that came in handy when we sat around in the living room….which we didn’t do very often. A great stay! So peaceful!

Beautiful house and scenery!

What a wonderful place to stay for our family on our Iowa vacation. House was great, Pam was a wonderful person and the location was amazing. Very close to town and interstate but yet it is in the seclusion of country living. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. This place is 5 stars all the way.

Clean, plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen supplies

It was a great little house to stay with our kids and grandkids. Close to the little beach on the lake and to the kids museum as well.

House was great. Deck was perfect in the evening for relaxing.
