Stayed Dec 19, 2025This apartment was absolutely perfect for us! Our daughter graduated from the University of Iowa, which was a quick 2 block walk! Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we could have wanted! Will definitely try to book again!

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Absolutely gorgeous unit. Very clean throughout, well equipped kitchen. The owners were very responsive and excellent to work with! Very short walk to Kinnick and walkable to downtown as well. Very comfortable rooftop patio, wish we had more time to enjoy it!

Stayed Dec 18, 2024This property is everything it is advertised to be: fresh, new, spotless, modern, beautifully equipped with coffee, supplies for housekeeping, and extra bedding and perfectly located on/near campus. It was too cold to use the rooftop fire pit and tv, but it would be a great amenity for those staying at another time of year. We had a minor issue with the internet (no fault of the property as there was a local outage), and we were able to reach our property contact immediately for guidance. We were in town for our son's grad school ceremony, and this was a perfect place for our family to gather. We would not hesitate to stay again.
