Gorgeous Burt Lake Waterfront Home!

Great communication! The house had something for everyone in our group of multiple ages. House was clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable home. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The game room area is wonderful. Even in winter beautiful view. 25 minutes to the slopes. The Italian restaurant Vivio was delicious . Loved the hot tub!

Great property supporting our family vacation. Burt lake was a terrific lake. The water was shallow off the dock for fun in the water and on the lily pad. Lots of steps down to the dock, but it gave great views of the lake. We had 14 and we fit easily. Note that one of the beds is a couch (not a pullout) that converts to a bed by adding the large ottoman in the lfot - not a separate bedroom. Fun game room for the kids in the basement and easy access to Indian River town.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family. All communication leading up to our stay was detailed and responsive. The house was very clean and the amenities were perfect. Our only complaint was the air conditioning tended to be extremely cold in the basement while the third floor ran hot. We wish it was a little better distributed.. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Plenty of room for the 11 of us; great deck overlooking the lake, with plenty of seating for all of us to have dinner together out there!

Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here! The beds are very comfortable. There were enough choices of pillows. There were plenty of bathroom towels and they were nice towels too. There were plenty of kitchen towels too. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans for our big family. We loved the deck furniture. It was a very nice option to have the hot tub even though we didn’t use it. Same for the fire pit. We also really loved that the grill was hard wired gas. We would highly recommend this property to our family and friends. I appreciated that you shared the local information. I also appreciated your quick response for all of my questions.

We had a terrific stay at the house in June of 2025. There was some significant rain and storms, but we made the best of the amazing views from the back deck. The host was very attentive and helped us work through some minor issues.

The property suited my family and friends so well. I surprised my husband with a weekend with his friends for his 40th birthday. The house was great and well equipped!Will recommend to anyone, and we will be back!

This worked out so well for our group, as our group's kids adored loved the 5 built in wood beds in the loft (with a door), and the parents spread out over 3 beds. This is a new property built in the last few years.Communication was fast with the owners for the few small issues which arose, which I very much appreciated.Ovwrall would recommend and may stay agin! The downstairs bedroom was a bit chilly

We had two families of 4 stay here and had plenty of room. Kitchen was clean and well organized with many of the various utensils available which was nice. It was close enough to the ski areas and would absolutely stay here again.

It was a perfect place for friends to gather and spend a long weekend. Great restaurants within short distance, and access to the Indian River Waterway. You can start and end your day on a great deck with a great view. All in all it was a nice place for us to stay.

This was a great house big enough for our family vacation. We have 4 kids 18-21 so this was perfect for everyone to have their own space (and bathroom) while still having rooms big enough for us all to eat together and hang out. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The basement game room was a huge bonus. We spent most nights winding down from our busy adventures in Harbor Springs, Mackinac, and Petosky downstairs playing pool and shuffle board. We appreciated all the little extras like the laundry baskets in each room and beach towels!
