Getaway Vacation Home, between the sweet town of Salida and Monarch Ski Area

The host was great! We had a great time skiing /snowboarding at Monarch with our family. The accommodations were perfect!

This place was just perfect for our family! Felt secluded but still close to town. Great price and location. Easy to clean and such fun features like the fire pit out back and best deck for some morning coffee!

The well-maintained house offers excellent privacy as it sits back from the road and is surrounded by open space. The furnishings and appliances were very nice. Everything was as advertised. The host was very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. We would gladly stay here again!

Host was easy to communicate and quick to respond, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with, check in and check out was easy, beautiful patio, plenty of space for my family and some friends.

This house was everything and more that we want on a vacation. It was clean and fully stocked with plenty of room for us to feel at home. Our calendar freed up for a week and we booked this stay at the last minute and everything went smoothly and easily. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location and we hope to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the front porch looking across at the mountains. The kitchen was very nicely equipped which was nice because we decided to eat in a couple of nights. The suite upstairs would be great for a couple with kids.

I took my family to the Salida Area for Spring break to ski at Monarch Mountain. This home was perfect! It has plenty of room, great layout, very clean and excellent location (15 minutes to Monarch Mountain and 15 minutes to town). But - we felt like we were out! The location also had beautiful Mule Deer hanging out on the property and great views. Property Manager was awesome and communicated very well; very responsive. I would highly recommend it - but - I don’t want it to stay booked up and unavailable for us the next time we travel to the area (this Summer)! lolGreat place; great experience!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It is close to both Monarch Mountain and Salida, which had several great dining options. Even though it looks and feels remote, it's also within walmart delivery range. Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations.

Everything was clean and the house was well stocked. The location is awesome, close to Salida and Monarch. We loved the double shower heads in the master bath and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

We really enjoyed this house. Made a great place to stay to enjoy Salida, Buena Vista, Leadville, Fairplay, Canon City. It had everything we needed and more. Extra pillows, hangers in an accessible closet, a brownie pan and cookie cooling rack... it was great! Communication on what to do on check out was clear and easy. Will definitely be back if we need a place to stay in the area!

Everything about the property was great.

Good location relative to hiking trails, downtown Salida, Buena Vista. Modern amenities ( TV, internet, kitchen). Very nice home away from home. Dog friendly!

We loved our stay! House was very clean. Jessica was extremely responsive to any needs that came up which were so few because the place was just that great! Very much appreciated the fragrance free laundry soap and that they did not use air fresheners (plug ins) in the cabin. Would highly recommend this place!
