4 blocks to beach, near village, screen porch, quiet street, big fenced yard

Our month-long stay at the house was wonderful! The host was easy to communicate with and even left us a special treat upon arrival. There is a park across the street that was great for walks with our dog. The yard is private and fenced also making it wonderful for our pet. It is an easy walk to restaurants and the beach This home contributed to a relaxing and memorable vacation. We are looking forward to staying again!

This was our second time staying at Dawn’s house, and our third time on this street. Dawn is an excellent host: she’s communicative, proactive, and responsive. The house is perfect for our small family. The location is excellent, the beaches are less than 5 minutes away, and the street is quiet and calm. The park across the street was a great place to send the kids so they could get their wiggles out before we left for the day!

Property was very clean and was close to the main attractions of St. Simons Island. Neighborhood Park was also an added bonus for me. Good communication with the owner throughout the process.

Dawn’s property was well situated in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything the islands holds. Loved our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities needed for a family beach vacation. Thank you for a great 10 days.

We were looking for a place that was pet friendly and also near other family members vacation homes. This house was excellent for our 4th of July vacation. As a bonus, the next door neighbors were friendly and helpful too! We plan to be back.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The owner was responsive and answered all of my questions. The house was a corner lot on a quiet street across from a beautiful park. We walked every morning. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Perfect rental for our beach trip. Clean, spacious, & comfortable. The host provided everything you needed for the rental. We will try to make this an annual trip if this rental is available. I never had a more relaxing, quiet time on a beach trip before this trip.

Our first time to St.Simon’s Island. This is a beautiful, clean and welcoming home. Host was very helpful with providing information on restaurants and things to do in the area. We will definitely return!

Great property, especially the screened porch, at a central and quiet location. My dog was also very happy with the fenced in backyard and the proximity to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this SSI house. It was cute and clean. The bedrooms were very spacious and attractive. Our dog loved the back yard and I napped on the screened porch couch more than once. Kitchen has everything you need and we cooked some at the house. SSI has the BEST restaurants (which we knew from having visited before). but we wanted to keep dining out to once a day this time. Having a Keurig was a treat. It's approximately a 1-mile walk to the village. There's a nice park nearby, with a dog park, pickle ball courts, etc. Communication with the owner was great, she's so nice. Would stay there again!

Great place. Perfect sized small house. Loved screened in porch and fenced in yard.

We loved our stay! The house is at the end of a very quiet street and the park is right next to it. Easy to walk to restaurants and close to the beach. The have a fully stocked kitchen and a grill with plenty of propane. The outside shower is on the back corner of the house and private. We used it to clean up after being at the beach all day. We are definitely coming back!

My family really enjoyed staying here! Very nice and quit place. Neighbors are sweet and the location was great! We always love and have a great time on Saint Simon’s Island!

We throughly enjoyed the rental and it was plenty room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The porch was a great bonus for my husband’s reading retreat. We appreciated the outside shower for cleaning off all the sand. The location was perfect and a short drive to everything. This was our 3rd trip to the island but first with the kids/grandkids. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and super clean home! The communication with the owner was stellar and we had everything we needed. This was the cleanest home we have stayed in on VRBO and the screen porch with private fenced yard was the best! The location is awesome and SO close to the beach and town!! Thanks for a great time!! We will be back
