Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our family spends a week in Frankfort every summer and we've tried many rental properties over the years, and this is definitely our favorite. The location is great - just a couple blocks from the downtown strip and the home itself is beautifully appointed and comfortable for our family of five. The house feels very new and fresh with charming decor. But what sets it over the top are the little extras like beach towels, laundry supplies, well-appointed kitchen supplies/staples, extra toiletries in case you forget something, a small cooler bag to take the beach, batteries, a charger cord, etc... I strongly recommend this rental if you're looking for a stress-free home away from home. Communication was also great with the owner.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024I wish I could keep this place a secret. It was perfect for us with two kids aged 7 and 5. It was super clean, and it had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time. The host even let us in a few minutes earlier upon request. We're already talking about staying here again next year. We'd possibly buy this place if we could.
