Family-Friendly Yakima Escape w/ Yard & Pool!

Fun home to stay in! So much room! Everything was clean and well appointed. Everyone really enjoyed our time there. The only improvement would be if we could have found the missing pieces to the bear puzzle-lol! Thanks so much, would love to stay again!

House was perfect for our group. Kids loved the pool, putt putt and all the games provided. If we need another place in the area again, we will definitely rent it again. Thank you!

I want to be fair to the home and to the owner of the home, but I would be remiss to leave out the negative experience that occurred because of poor communication between Evolve and...well, everyone else. The day of our arrival, we showed up to a frantic woman cleaning the home informing us that there is not a reservation today. A little stressful and the check-in was delayed 1.5 hours. I honestly think that the cleaning lady was far more stressed than we were and continually said that Evolve never told her there was a reservation. WE were the ones apologizing to her. We then noticed that there were fans running in every room. I thought it was pretty warm but decided to wait and see if once all 10 of us settled down for the evening if the temperature would relax as well. The next day was 95 degrees outside, and when we went to bed that night the temp inside was 77degrees.When we woke up it was still 75 degrees inside the home and we had a grumpy crew. We are all AC dependent and one of the three families has an infant who should not be sleeping in above 72degree temps. At 7am I reached out to the host. Seven hours went by so I sent another message. Two more hours went by and we decided to call instead of messaging the host. Turns out, our host is on their own vacation in a different country and we were not provided a more receptive host. After 11 hours, the owner showed up and fixed the problem. The lack of responsiveness lead to a damper, a grey cloud over half of the trip.

The property had everything we needed including plenty of space. The pool and covered deck were lovely.

This is a great home and pool. It is an easy drive to shopping, wineries, and fruit stands. The home and pool are very clean and the amenities are great.

This is our second summer stay at the Lincoln house & it has worked well for our crew of 16 that range in ages from 7 to 79. The pool is a favorite, plus the large fenced in yard works great for both our dog & family lawn games.Quick access to groceries makes it easy to hangout around the house — we do dinners, board games, movies puzzles, and lots of pool time.Would recommend!

Beautiful house, yard and pool. Everything you need to be relaxed and lazy! We hiked on the Cowiche Trail everyday and it was beautiful and alive with wildlife. Enjoyed the pool and sun, as well as a few wineries and restaurants.

We had family from Minnesota come for a family funeral and this beautiful home was a nice place for our family to have meals together

Having downsized to a condo, it was a wonderful find to discover a suitable place nearby for our family to gather for Christmas. Our six children and their families were able to “come home” to Yakima. Two families stayed with us at our condo just five blocks away, but we gather at the ready home for dinners and festivities as well as come and go to visit us at the condo. It was an answer to prayer. The basement had plenty of room for the youngsters to play and be active with air hockey and a giant Connect Four game as well as a fences backyard for playing outside, or putting under the covered area. We’d love to come in the summer and use the pool!could have used more seating and tables in the dining room,so we brought in some but we brought in some card tables and folding chairs

Comfortable beds! Roomy area for sitting in living room. Large dining table for games! We had a great time with our kids and grandkids!

The stay was great. The house was spacious & clean. Outdoor flood light was missing resulting in a couple of falls. Hard to use dishwasher when there is little soap & that was watered down. We finally figured out the tv. Maybe more instructions on how to use the tv that aren’t hooked up to cable but have Roku et. Not everyone is tech savvy. The house really great for us. Thank you

Well maintained, fabulous older home. Perfect for our big group. Kids had an amazing time with all there was to do, especially the pool. Very clean and stocked home for all your needs. Great communication, fast responses from hosts, would definitely stay there again!

The house was excellent, it housed our extended family.

The house was perfect for my large group of friends! Several comfortable beds to ensure that everyone had a place to sleep and lots of room for people to spread out. The pool was perfect and the yard was great for throwing the football around and playing cornhole. The location was also great! It was only 15-20 minutes max to anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend if you have a large group in need of a comfortable stay!

This property is one of the best we have stayed in. It was clean and spacious enough for our family of 10. A variety of activities for all ages and of course the wonderful pool! Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful location, comfortable home and pool was so fun!!

This home is spacious and well furnished. Plenty forms of entertainment. We stayed 5 nights and the first three were very good. The dryer was not working (kept saying check lint trap) I emailed the POC that was provided, this email has gone unanswered to this day. The final two nights took an uncomfortable turn. The temps were 103° & 105° respectively and the air condition stopped working. From day one we never touched the thermostat as there is a sign asking not to. There was zero air coming out of the vents which turned the house into a hotbox. We felt pretty hopeless when we contacted evolve which said to contact the homes POC and that contact still hasn’t responded to my initial email about the dryer. Since then evolve has dismissed my concerns for lack of evidence. Very disappointed overall in Evolve and this home. Also if you stay here, be prepared for a stranger to come into the back yard unannounced to clean the pool and eventually be in the carport to move trash bins. If you don’t care about privacy and want to keep your fingers crossed that the HVAC works this will be a great house for you. If you value privacy & comfortability, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We loved the accommodations, enough room for our family, easy check in, beautiful pool. We enjoyed our time!
