I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were here for two months during the holidays. The place is everything shown in the listing, but the views are better than shown in the photos. The location is great - close to SLO and the 5 Cities area.

Stayed Apr 6, 2023Beautiful home with amazing view in a very nice neighborhood. We stayed mid April through end of May. Surrounded by terrific trails and wildlife, and easy access to Avila and the surrounding area.

Reviewer Comments: Three and a half months of winter cole elsewhere and I was relaxing in a lovely home, in a tranquil setting enjoying everything that is offered in the Avila Beach area...given pandemic restrictions. It worked splendidly.
