Exceptional Dog-Friendly Treetop Condo with Ocean Views & Breezy Balcony

The condo was very nice for our family. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The views from our balconies were perfect. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and looking at the ocean balcony while eating. I got a little nervous driving up the steep driveway but, after spending a little time in Costa Rica, I realized that is just the way it is everywhere. Lots of steep roads and driveways. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would totally do it again!

We were given incorrect coordinates by either VBRO or Vacasa. We didn’t arrive until it was dark.Fortunately a worker living on the property helped us and learned that we were booked at another property managed by Vacasa. We were planning to sleep in our car.Once we found the correct location, it was lovely.

Everything was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was close and the view was spectacular.

My family and I could not have loved this place anymore than we did! The view was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and the place was well-stocked (beach towels, enough bath towels for our family of 4 for 4 nights). The animals we saw from our deck made my eyes leak multiple times. We saw scarlet macaws, parrots, toucans, kites, coatis, agoutis, capuchin monkeys, iguanas, lizards, butterflies & snakes all from the property grounds! Every day was a new surprise! We loved how much space the house had, and the water pressure/heat & air conditioners were absolutely perfect. They even had extra little touches like a fresh sponge, enough paper products, and complimentary coffee & laundry detergent. This place goes down as my family's favorite place we've ever stayed! We miss it already!

First and foremost, sitting out on that porch in the morning, drinking coffee is by far one of the most beautiful experiences. I did not realize that you can house a whole army in this unit. It was just me and my wife, but it was the rainy season and the price was right! We had the whole spot to our self. It’s private, gated, and quiet. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. It has all the amenities that you would need for an extended stay. The master bedroom showers are magnificent. My only complaint is the beds are pretty uncomfortable/ hard. And one of the queen bedroom ac’s didn’t work. But again it was me and my wife only so it didn’t matter. Besides that it is a tropical paradise. We definitely would rent again.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning and hot water were a big plus. I’d stay there again.

The Good: Nice Place, fantastic view, good A/C, easy access. Improvement needed: no response from Property Mngr after many attempts with contact info provided. Kids accidentally locked bathroom doorknob from the inside on first day we arrived. I called/emailed several times but no response so I was lucky to find a tool from a neighbor to unlock it. Only other change I recommend is replacing cooking pans as they are warped and don't sit flat on cooktop (uneven heating). SUMMARY: Overall I liked it and would stay again but would get in touch with them ahead of time to verify how to connect if needed.

Need to update or refresh the condo and the équipment.
