Stayed Aug 29, 2025The location is amazing and a very short walk to the beach. It was also extremely close to all of the restaurants and entertainment that downtown Frankfort has to offer. Beach by day, followed by ice cream and sunsets. Great times.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025This was a great stay right on Main Street. Studio and private bath. Small strip kitchen. Great front porch. People and dog watching. Small block from the beach. Perfect peace and quiet.

Stayed Sep 11, 2024We traveled to Frankfort from Florida for the Michigan 70.3 race. With mom racing and a 14 month old with us we wanted somewhere easy and convenient for the athlete to get to all the race things without needing to drive. We also wanted somewhere for babe to come in and nap during the race. Serendipity House is basically right at the finish line. The location was perfect. Pre race we enjoyed stopping for coffee on our walk to the playground or beach.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We stayed in the Betsie suite and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We liked sitting on the front porch and watching the people go by. The beach was just steps away. Parking was never a problem, even on the 4th of July holiday. Note, bring a hairdryer if you need one.
