The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.

-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.

We politely ask that the garden not be used after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours.

The twin bedroom is the old maid's room, and is accessed via steps up from the kitchen. This bedroom is only suitable for children as the beds are small singles.

The other three bedrooms are on the first floor.

    We were welcomed by a lovely host and all the amenities in the property were great. It was in a great location and very quite. The only problem we had was the two double rooms beds were very hard so disturbed sleep for those guests the king and twin rooms were fine but this would stop us from rebooking this house.

    2 stories, enormous ceilings, outstanding kitchen and a bedroom room /laundry “annex” that would be the envy of anyone needing to give some kids their own space and get some clothes sparkling clean …suitable for anyone looking for extreme comfort in one of the worlds best cities !

    Highly recommend this townhouse- we had 6 adults and one infant. Location is excellent, and the walled garden was a treat. Walking distance to Botanical Garden, shops and local food coop yet quiet. Property manager arranged for hired van to meet us at Airport and made it much easier after red eye flight from the States.

    Great place for our base camp to Edinburgh and nearby attractions. Very nice neighborhood. If you have a large SUV or Van parking is a challenge. We did find overnight parking at the end of the street.

    The Victorian Townhouse was the perfect place for my family to spend three days and get to know Edinburgh. There was plenty of room for the seven of us and it was located close enough to main attractions to make getting around pretty easy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The garden out back was beautiful and a fun locale to have a few drinks. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive. The only regret we had on the whole trip was not being able to stay longer.
