This is a fantastic apartment sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, and is right in the heart of the city centre. The local area, the New Town, is awash with restaurants, bars and shopping, and the Old Town is just a few minutes away.

The living area is open plan, with feature fireplace and expertly furnished. Cable TV, DVD player, DVDs, CD/Radio player and complimentary WiFi are all available for guests use. The adjoining kitchen comes with all mod cons, breakfast bar and coved diningarea. The three double bedrooms all feature their own en suite with either shower or bath, king size beds and ample storage.

Please note Wi-Fi at this property is complimentary.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

    The apartment was in the perfect location. Clean, spotless and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to all! The wash machine/dryer combo was a little difficult for us to understand to use dryer. Otherwise the apartment was wonderful!

    Beautiful condo in a great location with easy access to everything. Walk to most places including restaurants, St Andrews and the tram. We highly recommend.

    We really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a great location…we walked everywhere…to the sites, restaurants and grocery store. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and TP. We were 3 couples and appreciated all 3 bedrooms having an en suite.

    This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Each bedrooms' ensuite was an added bonus. Kitchen was nicely appointed and large living room spacious and comfortable.
