Amazing location on cowgate, in the centre of town. Extremely walkable. The apartment is very spacious and ground floor (no stairs!), but note steep drive/lane from cowgate. It was IMMACULATE and so tidy. Our hosts were very responsive, and left some lovely scottish treats in the apartment, which made it feel like home. Highly recommended.

I chose this flat because it was conveniently located (close to the train station and very close to interesting sites), and it didn't disappoint! Loved the St. Giles Cathedral, which is literally 3 minutes away from the front door. There was some construction going on near by, but it was only during the day and we were out and about anyways. The tasty pasties (meat pies) at Mors Bakehouse nearby are great for a quick lunch or breakfast! Would love to visit again.

We had an amazing time at this flat. Everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as described. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The bed was cosy, the kitchen well equipped, and the location perfect for getting around easily.Communication with the host was excellent, they are friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring about our experience. It really felt like a home away from home.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle‑free stay.

Great hosts and amazing location steps from the Royal Mile, University of Edinburgh, Meadows park for morning runs, and access to the train, tram and buses. Loved our stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a first trip to Edinburgh, quiet and safe location, close to the Royal Mile, and very clean and inviting for our family of four. The hosts provided all that we needed to feel welcome and comfortable.

Clean modern apartment. Great central location but quiet too. Good facilities. Nice bath. Well equipped kitchen. Everything two couples needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the Royal Mile and quiet and on a neat old close (Scottish street). We appreciated the Scottish goodies we found on arrival. We highly recommend this place.

This is a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Edinburgh. The location is central to everything (including ghost tours. There is a very nice pull-out couch plus two nice bedrooms.

Great location, walking distance to everything and the Edinburgh bus system makes everything extremely convenient. The appliances are a bit tricky, but the host communication is splendid and it works great once you figure it out. The windows give a cool nights breeze and you do not hear street noise. We will be back!

We were in town to attend the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. This flat was spacious and comfortable for the five of us. The location cannot be beat. We were within easy walking distance of every sight we wanted to see and so many great restaurants. The flat has every amenity you could want. We appreciated the treats - coffee, candy, soda, Prosecco! - left for us. Fast WiFi. Generally a quiet area, even with the August Fringe crowds nearby. Our only drawback was the weird electric shower. The temperature would not remain constant. It alternated between freezing and scalding.

Fabulous flat in heart of old Edinburgh, easy communication with property owner, would love to come back!

Place is in an amazing location, walkable to everything. Safe and suitable for our needs. Recommended.
