Easy access 3 bd 3 ba riverside retreat just 5 mins from WCU campus! Ping pong!

Great place. Easy to get to WCU and Sylva/Dillsboro. Living room, Kitchen, and porch made the stay very comfortable.

Super clean, very equipped-I cook all meals and there wasn’t one thing missing in the kitchen!! Layout was perfect. Lots of relaxing places and touches. Visited son at WCU and his friends were able to stop in and out and played ping pong and had a nice fire at the river. Perfect location to the campus.

A relaxing and comfortable birthday weekend away for scouting fly fishing. We enjoyed the view, the amazing comfortable automatic couches and the zebra bushes out back. The outside furniture was clean and comfortable! We really had a good time.

The property was everything we needed and more! It was perfect for our time at WCU. Communication was excellent! We will be back!

This property was very clean and it was well stocked. We definitely will be back. Darienne responded quickly to our questions and we had no issues during our stay. The only issue we had was that we couldn't take the back yard home with us.Thank you

This is a beautiful home and was well stocked for our stay, only thing I would point out the is not in the listing is that to get from the downstairs to the upstairs inside you have to use a very small spiral staircase. Otherwise this was perfect!

Fist time staying at this location and all of our party really liked everything about the property! It very handy to the WCU, Sylvia and other things in the area. Great parking plenty of room for our four legged child and all around good property.

House was beautiful and on the river (my favorite). Owner was prompt in responses to questions. The internet went out Friday evening and the owner had it fixed within a couple hours!! Everything was clean and organized. They thought of everything down to q-tips. This will forever be our place to stay when we visit!!!
