Lindisfarne - Gorgeous Mountain Cabin located Close to Mountain Attractions!

Thank you! We had a great stay. Never long enough!! I like that both towns (Sylva) and (Franklin) we close. The cabin was awesome. It was like being at home.

The house was in perfect proximity to the wedding. Everything we needed was there. I'd recommend king beds should they ever refurnish. All in all a cozy house in the woods and a beautiful porch. *Management Response Suzanne, We're glad to see that you enjoyed not only the porch (our favorite amenity) but the outdoor areas as well!! If the owners get new furniture we'll be sure to pass along your recommendation.

We enjoyed the coziness, porch and rustic decor of Lindisfarne! Morning coffee on the porch sitting in rocking chairs, napping to football on the tv with a fire in the fireplace, Bringing my elderly parents over after the wedding reception, Eating a big breakfast with my husband, sister and her husband on the porch dining table, walking around the lovely yard and fire pit next to the creek, trips to Franklin for lunch and shopping, Rehearsal Dinner at Betty's Creek, wine bar party at Enloe's in Sylva, the nearby location of Betty's Creek Vineyard wedding venue were all my favorite things about Lindisfarne. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because the bathrooms could use some work. Floor tiles coming loose, shower inserts rather than tile with icky shower curtains, inoperable jetted tub, and lighting in main room was too intense using the fan lights. Would have been nice to have a floor lamp and stronger bulbs in the lamps. Overall experience at Lindisfarne was magical! If I were in the area again, I would return and enjoy the lovely firepit with the dry wood provided to us. Fantastic location for privacy and close to Betty's Creek wedding venue.

Loved the place, first class, the interior was wonderful, all the furnishing were so well put together, very comfortable and just fit a cabin in the mountains. Also many homes are nice on the interior, but the exterior also was so nice, one of the nicest ever, great beautiful manicured yard that also looked so natural. The covered deck and firepit added to that and were available to enjoy that aspect of this place. I emphases covered deck because you could enjoy it all weather, rain or sun! the kitchen fixtures - topnotch as well. Beds comfortable. Super nice!

A wonderful home and beautiful, secluded surroundings. Well appointed...we were able to cook a number of meals easily with plenty of pots, pans and accessories. Roomy, rustic yet elegant. The firepit is just superb and logs and fire starters were supplied. The community of homes is extremely well laid out with privacy in mind. We were aware there were other homes nearby but they were well shielded and unobtrusive.

It was a wonderful weekend getaway!

This is our second stay at this cabin. We love it! So glad it is dog friendly. Everything was perfect!
