Easton Point, Short Walk To First And Second Beach - RI Reg - RE.05542-STR

We stayed in this home over Christmas with our family of six and 2 dogs and it was a great fit for our needs. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and we prepared several meals during our stay without any issues. Bathrooms were stocked with essentials like soap and shampoo, which was appreciated.We couldn’t figure out the heat when we first arrived, but the owner was very responsive and communicative, and clearly willing to do whatever was necessary to resolve it. That responsiveness made a big difference, especially during a holiday stay. Overall, the home had all the amenities we needed and provided a comfortable stay for our family. We would stay here again.

Everything as perfect and as described. The property felt bigger than the pictures portrayed. We had five ladies on our trip and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Everything was clean and finding the property was incredibly easy. I'd highly recommend!

Everything was great! Close to beach and downtown. Beautiful yard and patio. Quiet street. Jim sent us a coffee maker the day we checked in because it was missing!

Great little place in MIddletown. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Jim was a great host (thanks for the local wine!) and very responsive. The house is close to Newport wharf area, beaches, Cliff Walk entrance, restaurants & bars. Perfect location for attending a family wedding in Newport, or a sightseeing / beach vaca. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our stay to celebrate my son’s wedding and the related memorable events leading up to their big wedding day at the Newport Beach House! Host Jim’s communication was superior from the time I inquired about the house via VRBO through post checkout. In fact, upon our checkin, the inside of the house was quite hot so I called Jim inquiring about the AC?…long story short…he swiftly came to the house and installed the 4 AC units, which was money!!! Especially since we need it to be cool in order to sleep. Thanks again Jim for making it a most memorable weekend!

This property was in a great location for a variety of family interests and activities. The quiet neighborhood was also perfect for taking the dog for walks. Definitely recommend for small family getaways!

Lovely cottage. Very clean. Linens and towels were of great quality and smelled fresh. Close to Cliff Walk and Newport Mansions. Owner reached out several times before and during stay, making sure all was well. No complaints!

Stayed at a charming and well-appointed home in Newport, RI. The house was clean and conveniently located near the Newport strip, the Cliff Walk, and Salve Regina University. While we had some difficulty regulating the temperature, the owner was incredibly responsive. However, the issue did make our stay a bit less comfortable.

My family and I stayed here for New Years Eve. We come to Newport a few times a year and this is my new favorite place to stay! The location is close and easy to get to downtown. The host is extremely nice and responsive. The home is clean and very well maintained. We hope to be back soon!

This “chateau” was just what we were looking for in our travel to RI. It was in a safe, quiet neighborhood, had an amazing up to date kitchen and cute sea decor. Thank you for having us!
