Downtown Salida Home Near Arkansas River on F Street!

Location is perfect. Much larger than it looks in the pictures. Very comfortable.

Great location. Clean. Never watched tv but there are one in every room. Couldn’t figure out where to take the trash but luckily the cleaner showed up and said would take it out for us. Good communication and has the needed pots and pans even though we ate out the whole time. Only negative was the size of the security deposit of 1500. That was the most we’ve seen and kind of impact credit card payments, but minor issues. Great place.

Great location, right in town but just a smidge away from the late night life so nice and quiet. Plenty of room to chill inside and out, only regret is not taking the bikes out.

We took a short Spring Break trip here to ski Monarch and visit some hot springs in the area. This house was fantastic - great kitchen, great living spaces for us to just hang out as a family and enjoy Salida. The location is excellent for shops, groceries, and restaurants. Monarch is a short drive (30 mins tops with good road conditions) and mountain biking trails start just a few blocks away.

We loved our stay in Salida, being just steps away from the shops and restaurants was a huge plus. The host allowed us to check in early and the house was spotless. They even had a NES for the kids to play when we came in for the night. I think it deserves five stars however I will say that we had some trouble with the shower draining. The host took care of it quickly but even after it was fixed the shower is not very good. Just low pressure. Also wish it had a washer dryer. Again though loved the place.

We are frequent fliers to Chaffee County and we absolutely LOVED our stay at this quaint, comfortable home. The location cannot be beat. We loved being walking distance (literally a three minute walk) to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Salida. For those traveling with kiddos, like we were, we loved being walking distance to a cute park for our little guy to play at. Our son, who is two, also loved his stay with plenty of room for him to run around and play with his toys. The home itself is super charming with a ton of character. We visited on a particularly cold week in January and had just as much fun hunkering down and staying cozy at the house as we did walking to our favorite brewery and restaurants. Caleb was super responsive the couple of times we needed to reach out with questions. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Located in the heart of Salida! Walk out the door and you are a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and Riverside Park! Beds are comfortable, updated bathroom and kitchen. TV with streaming services in every room.
