Dog Friendly- Sweet Spot!

Sweet Spot! How sweet it was. The house is beautiful, and the backyard is perfectly maintained. This really is an amazing place to spend time in the mountains. If you're looking for a house within walking distance to everything that Salida has to offer, there is nowhere better. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

Absolutely perfect location. We walked everywhere the entire weekend. Front and back yard were great for relaxing and super dog friendly. Upstairs deck has a great view of S mountain, great for morning coffee. Perfect for the 5 of us!

We loved this place, great atmosphere, killer back yard, and great comms with the property manager. I might have missed it in the listing, but there are 2 off-street parking spots that one of our camper vans barely (but successfully) fit in.

Clean, convenient and well-equipped home. Awesome back yard and nice decks. I would have upgraded the overall rating from good to excellent with better bedding and more attractive furniture.

This property is walkable to many restaurants, and the river park in Salida. The outdoor space is great and gave our dog a nice place to roam.

We had a great time, dog friendly for our two big dogs, very clean and nice neighborhood. Can walk to downtown and river. We loved it!

Overall, this place was great, good location and the dogs loved it. We had fun with the unique, older home and the extras, like the bikes and fire pit. When we come back for a Salida visit, we will consider staying here again!

When I booked this property, the managing group was very accommodating. The house itself was amazing with tons of amenities, and it is located only a couple blacks from downtown Salida. If you have a chance to stay here, I highly suggest it.

The house in Salida was perfect for our trip. Great location, beautiful grounds. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very well stocked. Check in /check out instructions were very easy and clear. The house could use a bit better cleaning and this was noted to the owner with their assurance that it would be taken care of. We would stay again.

The property is a very nice little house, perfect for groups of 6-8, or 5 if no sleeping partners. The back yard is a great retreat, with plenty chairs, a nice patio family table, andboth a fire pit and a standard grill for outdoor cooking. Only thing to be careful if is that the house is older, so the stairs are fairly shallow and steep. As long as no one in your party has issues with stairs, I'd recommend this property and will look to stay there again on any future trips to Salida.
