Dog Friendly- Salida Bungalow - Cute In-Town Home!

Well appointed and clean.

We had a great day and the house was beautiful and really clean. Everything was really easy and we had no issues!

Everything was neat and tidy. The location is excellent and our dog very much enjoyed the backyard. We want to thank the hosts for keeping the old house in such great repair! Ellen (our host) was also very kind about my request for a late checkout.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. It was within walking/biking to everywhere we wanted to go. It was super clean and had a great backyard. Thank you for letting us stay there. We would definitely stay there again.

The bungalow was very cozy and well decorated. Check in was smooth and the house is well-located—only 10 min walking to downtown and a couple blocks from a nice park with a farmer’s market on Saturdays. The yard is also very nice. The only downside was not having AC on such a hot weekend. It does get cool at night but the house got quite hot during the afternoons.

Great location, my family and I were in town for a bike race so walkability/bikability was important to us and this suited perfectly! Spacious home, huge backyard for the dog, and our favorite part had to be sitting on the front porch swing every night while winding down. Couple things that need upgraded, but I messaged the property management directly. Overall a great stay!

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. 4th st is also very quiet. Just two things to be aware of. Like many older Salida homes there are not that many electrical outlets and only some of them support a 3 prong plug. An extension cord is helpful. Also, while the kitchen range is functional, the burners are a little wobbly

We enjoyed our stay at this property, the house is spacious and very comfortable, and perfectly located for being able to walk everywhere. We were able to walk down to the river, enjoy the shops and restaurants of downtown, and we even found a lovely farmer’s market in the park just 2 blocks away. Highly recommend for a group of 2-4.

Very quaint house; nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Good location; great yard and front porch for relaxing with the doggos. It would be awesome to have the yard fence connected to the back door; this would facilitate bringing toys, food, etc., to/from the yard. Excellent communication with host; was very responsive to a couple requests we had, especially it being a Sunday. Will definitely come again!
