The place was beautiful and host was very responsive. The garage was great for parking and all the best shops and restaurants were in walking distance.

This is one of the very best VRBO's we have ever stayed in. The design is absolutely beautiful and everything you need is right there for you! The two balconies are perfect after a long day of touring. Loved all the little touches that made it perfect like waters, coffee creamers and eggs in the fridge, choices of coffees and snacks in the kitchen and all the great add-on's around the property. Haleigh was terrific and questions were answered almost immediately! The walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, bars and cafes and the pull in garage make the is perfect home away from home! Absolutely the best place to stay in Downtown Lancaster! 10 out of 10!

We were in Lancaster for a conference and needed a place to unwind at the end of each day. This house more than met our needs. The online description is very accurate, right down to the walkability of the area . We had room to spread out if we needed to but could gather together in the beautiful kitchen while preparing a meal and have room to spare. Every room is beautifully decorated and the host has thought of practically every amenity to make your stay comfortable. The host is very responsive and the private garage that fits two cars is the cherry on top.

This place is great! Family from different areas came to stay here for a big dance competition, and the location was perfect. The house was the perfect size for all of us, and we were blown away by host Haleigh’s hospitality and flexibility! We will definitely book again- thank you again to Haleigh for everything. Much appreciated!

Was in Lancaster for 7 days for a wedding and to visit family and friends. Having grown up in Lancaster, we thought staying in a place in downtown Lancaster would be a fun experience and it did not disappoint! Location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Convenience of having a garage made coming and going so much easier! Lovely place to stay!

Online listing is very accurate. Comfortable beds, lots of space. Outdoor space great for good weather. Location is top notch. Perhaps the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. We got answers to questions almost instantaneously. Parking worked well for our 2 small SUVs. Highly recommend.

I was thrilled in every way with this rental!

We were a group of 3 married couples. I'm afraid to say how much we loved our stay because I want it to be available the next time we are in Lancaster! The check in/out process was very simple. The hostess was very quick to respond to my (stupid) questions. The house is perfectly situated for easily exploring downtown. It is very quiet even with traffic right outside. Beautifully furnished with literally everything you could possibly need including books, games, hairdryers, portable fans, shampoo, conditioner, snacks. You name it. Shower pressure is good and beds are comfortably firm with crisp sheets. Even staying in the bedroom on the 3rd floor which faces the street, we didn't hear traffic at night (and I'm a light sleeper in unfamiliar places). Unfortunately we had a rainy weekend so we didnt get to use the outside lounge areas but they looked lovely. The master suite is insanely huge with a shower that I'm pretty sure holds 10 people. The house was immaculately clean. The attached garage is roomy and very convenient. I will caution that you'll need to be able to navigate stairs as all bedrooms are above ground floor. The stair treads are a little narrow and wooden so they can be a bit slippery when wearing socks. Not a negative - just a heads up. The pillows are the only thing we would change. They were very soft. It would be nice to have a variety to choose from but that is literally the only thing we can suggest to change. Can't wait to come back next year!

We stayed at this lovely house while moving our oldest in to his freshman year at F&M. It is exceptionally renovated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Fantastic and generous bedrooms, comfortable lounging areas, a lovely roofed deck, and extremely tasteful decor. The location was also terrific: five minute drive from campus and less than a block to the Queen St shopping area and its charming shops. The two car garage was also a huge bonus! We look forward to staying again as we visit our son over the next four years!

We did a quick two night stay in Lancaster and needed a pet friendly home to accommodate 5 guests. This home is a complete win. It was gorgeous, impeccably clean, tons of space for everyone and then some and there was not a thing we could have needed that wasn't in the home. Super impressed with how well stocked the house was from towels, kitchen appliances and gadgets, laundry products supplied, fully stocked bathrooms from body products down to the q-tips, fans, extension cords and the list goes on. Truly a thoughtfully outfitted home ready for guests of all ages. Great outdoor space on the decks, wet bar, plenty of games and tv's in every room for the whole family. There is a large attached private garage as well although it is convenient walking to explore the city if you prefer. Would not hesitate to recommend and book again. Truly enjoyed our stay and the host was fully available for any questions. Beautiful home - thank you for a great stay!
