Delightful 2-bedroom Cottage in Hot Springs

It had great views of the mountains from the front porch.

The place was clean and has everything you need. Provided robes for the hot tub was a nice treat. Communication was smooth. I would stay here again.

While we were at this property we felt like we were home. The house was cozy and comfortable. The view sitting out on the front porch was amazing overlooking all the mountains

Had an amazing time and experience! The town of Hot Springs was very fun and gave the “small town vibe”. The House was very cozy and loved having a grill to cook on, along with the hot tub to relax in. I definitely would recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat!

Good stay, close to town

Very clean & peaceful. Beds were comfy and things were cozy.

Perfect size for 2-4 people, with everything you might need. The outdoor hot tub is a nice feature. Love how close it is to everything in Hot Springs. I loved the view from the front porch.

The Delightful Cottage truly lives up to its name! However, I’ve seen no mention of the lovely front porch. The porch is wonderful, looking out on the mountains in the evening, surrounded by beautiful flowers. When the sunsets the action starts with the thousands of fireflies. A wonderful place to relax.

Nice quiet location super close to town. We enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pans, etc for cooking.

Beautiful views with easy access to town. Awesome home super clean and amenities are all there. Hot tub easily accessible and therapeutic. It is an absolutely perfect place to stay.

Property as described. Older house nicely updated. Communication and checkin process very easy. Well stocked. Hot tub very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Very convenient to town and spa. Can;t see the river but could hear it. Bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms. A little bit of an issue with friends but probably not a big deal for families. Would stay again.

The property was as described in the description and the view of the mountains are beautiful. This cottage was perfect size for my wife and I. We enjoyed the neat little town of Hot Springs and learning the history. We walked through town and everyone was nice and friendly. The only thing is if you need to stop by the grocery store make sure you do on your way to the property. We had to drive an additional 40 minutes out of our way to get groceries.

It was a wonderful time, beautiful view.The house was extremely clean.Very great location and the beds were just so comfortable. Slept very well. I will stay there again.

We loved how clean and close to Hot Springs this home was. The view from the front porch was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub but I’m sure it would have been nice. The home was close to two spots to access the Appalachian Trail allowing us easy access for some great hiking.

My wife and I just celebrated our 8th anniversary in beautiful Hot Springs, NC, where the French Broad River and Spring Creek flow. We rented a 'Delightful Cottage' through VRBO from owner, Deb Burks. The property was immaculate, modern (but tastefully), and provided all the comforts of home while, at the same time, allowing us a sensation of escape from the norm. Deb was helpful to get us checked in quickly and she was very responsive with questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this property! Thank you, Deb! 3

The cottage IS delightful, clean, well equipped and well maintained. The owner has thought of everything and was very helpful throughout our stay. Thumbs up!
