I was in town for 3 days helping my father. The guest house was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the convenient location and a wonderful park to walk in. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was available for any question I had. I will defiantly stay here again. The filtered water in the fridge was a nice surprise.

This place was ideal for my trip to Yakima. I needed a quiet place to study for Boards Exams and this little guest house fit the bill. It was clean, comfortable, and under ten minutes to the testing center. The little kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and dishes, so no need to venture out of my little study bubble to feed myself. The shower pressure was decent, and the bed was comfortable. The hostess was the perfect combination of prompt and accommodating in communication, without intruding on the peace. Overall I can highly recommend this rental!
