Very well stocked and comfortable location! Very well set up for dogs with fenced in dog area! Would definitely rent again!
We loved our stay at this fabulous house! We enjoyed a cozy Thanksgiving here! I would higjy recommend staying here ?
We all had a great time at this cabin. A winter storm came in and dumped about 15 inches of snow. We were warmed by the pellet stove and stayed plenty entertained by all the games and puzzles at the property. We will book again!!
The home is immaculate and wonderfully laid out. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was particularly spacious and high end compared to other homes we have rented. (Although we could not get the upper oven to turn on, and we could not get the lower oven door to open…weird for a Viking oven!) The living area was very comfortable with ample seating. We loved that the house is within walking distance of the Mt Elbert trailhead! Everyone agreed that the beds were super comfy and the linens were soft and cozy. We appreciated the fenced in side yard for dogs. We loved seeing Twin Lakes and the surrounding mountains speckled with pops of yellow from the Aspen trees. Such a gorgeous time of year there. And this was a really fantastic vrbo. We’ve stayed in lots over the years, and this might be the cleanest, most thoughtfully furnished of all with the best layout. Highly recommend!
This home was a wonderful retreat. There were touches throughout the home we did not expect. This was the best stocked kitchen for cooking and dining that we have seen in a rental. More than enough bedding, towels, and toiletries. The host does everything right in this rental. Would highly recommend! Based on the remote location, the internet is sporadic. However, for us, this was not an issue.
The cabin was in a great spot for outdoor adventures - close to twin lakes & Leadville. Very clean, all of the amenities to make a stay comfortable & enjoyable. Check out process was the best! Highly recommend.
The place was clean and beautiful. It was perfect for three couples. The kitchen was well furnished. Nice fenced yard for our dog. The hummingbird feeder and hummingbird show was the icing on the cake. We all had a nice time.
Loved this quiet and clean location. Need a 4WD in the winter months. Close to Leadville, Twin Lakes and Buena Vista a short drive. Woud definitely stay here again.
Very clean and comfy cabin with a well stocked kitchen. Perfect spot to relax and work remotely. The starlink internet was good enough for email and chat, but not stable enough for voice and video. Thankfully we had good cell service and the property and could call into necessary meetings. Overall a great spot and I would stay there again.
This property shows up as 2 bedrooms on the website. The pictures show 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and that is what I found. That is what I needed for my family of 5. This property has two types of fire stoves, one wood burning and the other pellet fed stove. We liked the pellet burning stove. It was easy to start and turn off when not using. Pictures of this property are exactly as I found it. Very cozy! We played many of their supplied games and watched their DVDs. Internet was fast and reliable, one family member had to do a zoom meeting with no problem. No one in our group had any complaints. Getting to Leadville area was shorter and easier than I expected. We went snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Buena Vista is another great town to visit, little further but worth a trip. Try the Hot Springs in Buena Vista. We were lucky on this trip with great weather and the snow that we had on the ground was no problem for our All Wheel Drive rental, which is recommended. Roads were well plowed in the area! I want to give a shout out to Helen and Sabrina who work for High Rocky Homes. Helen found my sons lost wallet and Sabrina delivered it to to a hotel we are staying at in Denver in her route 5 mins away. Now that’s service and much appreciated!
We had a fantastic experience rental experience. The home was meticulously clean and the management company paid attention to even the smallest of details to make our stay an excellent experience. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to others.
The house was amazing and had everything we wanted/needed. It’s a bit of a trek to town but the kitchen was large for us to cook most meals. Gorgeous views down the road at twin lakes and tons of beautiful colorful aspens
