Cozy Home & Cabin near Seven Points at Raystown Lake, Holiday Hills

My family enjoyed a perfect weekend!! The property is an authentic cozy cabin in the woods, completely renovated with all modern conveniences. Just a short drive to Seven Points Marina and Huntingdon. Feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere with total privacy but it’s close to everything!!Heather did a fantastic job with preparing the home with special touches to make us feel like welcome guests. Spotlessly clean, fresh bed sheets and bath towels, comfortable beds and furniture inside and out. The kitchen is lovely and fully stocked for nights we chose to cook at home. Perfect in every way! The “tree house” is on the top of our favorite places.

The cabin was great, the deck was awesome, beautifully decorated. We found it very quiet and seen deer, squirrels, chipmunks and a groundhog. Location was not far from Seven points marina, very easy to get to but driveway is very steep. Great place to stay!

We loved staying here! It was cute and fit all of our needs.

My fiancé and I were comfortable staying here. We enjoyed the fire pit every evening and found the house very clean. We came across one issue with ants, but the owner was proactive to bring traps during our stay. Overall it was a good experience.

This home was beautiful, close to the lake and perfect for a cozy place to lay your head. Everything you need is there. Would definitely recommend.

We had the best time at the Tree House. It was very cozy and had everything we wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to just get away in the woods and have some family fun!

Extremely clean. Had some issues with internet but Heather went above and beyond to address them. The issues were with the provider, not property owners or manager. Very satisfied with this cabin!

We like this place because it private, and not far from Seven Points Marina. The Treehouse nickname fits as it is up a steep driveway but I'm from PA so I'm used to that.It works well for us, we eat outside and sit around the firepit when weather permits. Pug roams the plateau and stairs have good handrail. We will probably be back for a third tour next year.

We had a nice stay here. Everything on property is as seen in the listing. You don't need to bring much. The house is adequately stocked with all of your kitchen needs as well as freshly made beds and clean towels. It is very quiet and only a short drive to the lake. We all found it very relaxing and a great family getaway spot.

Overall our stay was wonderful.

It was so relaxing watching the wildlife while listening to nothing but birds in the distance and the faints sounds of children enjoying their time with their families in their nearby houses. When we did have a question, the response was immediate. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

The Tree House is absolutely perfect place to spend quality time with family. We are only an hour away and spend every weekend on our boat at the lake but stay at least a full week during the summer months. This is by far one of my favorite places that we have stayed. Your close to the boat launch, you have all the amenities and Heather is so easy to get a hold of and answer any questions you may have. The extra little cabin was absolutely perfect for my son and his dog. The yard was just enough space for our granddaughter to run and play. I’m sure we will definitely book The Tree House again!
