Cozy Cottage overlooking beautiful Loyalhanna Creek in Historic Ligonier!

Beautiful Cozy Cottage nestled on the banks of the Loyalhanna Creek on scenic Darlington Road in the Laurel Highlands. Spend your days relaxing on our spacious back deck nestled in the large trees overlooking the beautiful Loyalhanna Creek. It will be hard to beat the sights and sounds of nature. Grill your favorite foods on our LP gas grill and enjoy the meal outdoors at our large table. You can also snuggle up to the beautiful gas fireplace with your favorite book. Watch a variety of showsand movies on the 40 flat screen tv with 100+ cable channels, Roku, Netflix, and Discovery+. The kitchen has a newly installed dishwasher and is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and dishes, etc. The exterior kitchen wall is lined with windows bringing in sunlight and highlighting nature and the outdoors. The Cottage has central air conditioning and heating. An office area is also included with high-speed Wi-Fi, table, and a printer. There is a couch that opens to a double sleeper also in the bedroom/office area that is perfect for 2 guests. A fifth guest can sleep on a twin sleeper bed located in the living room. Our cottage will now comfortably accomodate 5 guests. A washer and dryer are provided in the basement. It's wonderful to relax on the large deck with amazing views of the beautiful creek below. A Weber LP gas grill is provided for cookouts. Enjoy evenings around the outdoor firepit on Adirondack chairs with your favorite beverage. We provide the firewood and marshmallows! We hope you will plan a future stay at our Cozy Cottage!
There is access to the Loyalhanna Creek down the hill, but we don't recommend walking down the hill. It is pretty sloped and can be easy for our guests to slip and fall. Walking down hill at your own risk. There is an easy access to the creek straight across from our cottage. It is a short walk or drive across the bridge to an entry area that is only 3 feet elevation to navigate. There is also spots over there to park your car.

We offer our Cozy Cottage as a smoke free enviroment. We don't allow smoking or vaping on our property. If you need to smoke or vape we kindly ask that you stay at another Vrbo property. We will charge $400 cleaning fee for any evidence of smoking or vaping. Thanks for your attention to this house rule.
