Stayed Oct 16, 2025Great communication with the host. Perfect location for a football weekend. Easy, short walk to the stadium. We inquired about a grill and there was not one. Within a day I received a message from the host they purchased one and we were free to use it.

Stayed Nov 28, 2024The home is a classic midcentury ranch style with room for 2 couples. The new master bathroom is beautiful and if the weather is warm, the deck and backyard view would be great. It’s nice to have ample off street parking. The location is top rate. If you have the chance, Stella’s is a great burger place. Linens and towels are fresh and of good quality and quantity. If you plan on meal prep, you will need to bring mixing bowls and other baking items to be able to cook with ease. The kitchen is minimally stocked. The coffee bar is really nice. Stayed Nov 1, 2024This house is ideal for a Fri/Sat game weekend. It’s less than 10 minute walk to Kinnick, through the tailgates south of Melrose. High energy, super fun walk. The house is small but great for two couples. Each BR and its own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for pregame tailgating from a comfortable house, with a back deck overlooking a forested ravine and room in the front yard and mostly quiet street for yard games. The host was the attentive and friendly. We didn’t need anything, but I am confident anything within reason would have been provided had we asked.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We had 4-5 cars in the front house because of the game, the 2nd bedroom smelled like cat pee. We will do a hotel next time.
