The large kitchen is stocked with basic amenities and there is a mud/laundry room with wine fridge and a washer and dryer for your use. Just minutes away from Riverbend Park, downtown Palisade, wine country and orchards, and the Palisade Plunge, the Farmhouse is conveniently located for mountain biking, wine tours, and shopping all the local fruit stands. We are also just a short drive away from Powderhorn Resort, the Colorado National Monument, the Grand Mesa (the largest flat top mountain in the world), Grand Junction, and Fruita. We are local to Palisade and are happy to give recommendations for shopping, dining, wine tasting, fruit picking, and outdoor adventures such as river sports and mountain biking. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

The Farmhouse is located on our working peach farm. During peach season (roughly early to mid August), guests can enjoy picking peaches in our orchard at a discounted price. Orchard tours are also available upon request. Please reach out if you are interested!

The Country Farmhouse is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place in Colorado's wine country. The host, Shellbie, is incredible to work with, very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. The house was extremely clean and had all of the necessities, plus a private hot tub, for a few night stay. Honestly, this couldn’t have been better. I will definitely be staying here again!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before booking this place. Far from being riverfront, it is right next to a major highway and railroad track so had to put up with car & train noise all hours of the day and night. The furnishings were cheap, ice maker didn't work and there was mold on the hot tub cover. Certainly expected better for the price.

Great family stay close to wineries but far enough away that it was quiet. An awesome yard for the dogs outside that was fenced near the road and a cute porch that we spent many a morning on, sipping our coffee and watching the dogs run.

The place is great overall. Right on the highway but close to town for wine bike tours. The futon upstairs and the pull out couch are so uncomfortable that they are unusable. I would not recommend any more than 6 guests staying here with the amenities provided. We wound up having to use an air mattress for our 7th guest. Thanks.

It was a nice clean home. Checkin was easy. They’ve worked hard to add cute decorations around and the hot tub was nice to have. The kitchen had what we needed, although the pans were really scratched up. The coffee maker was appreciated. The sleeping arrangements worked well for my family with the master suite upstairs. A few things to note: the property is right on a busy road and across from the road are train tracks. It is an active train line and we were woken up each night by a train coming through. And we found the beds to be uncomfortable due to the lack of support in the steel frames (just 1 bar in the middle).

Listing was just as described, plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Close to many wineries and distilleries. Would love to stay again. Host was very accommodating to a couple changes we had in our reservation

The property accommodated all of our needs for our stay and more. The rating for accuracy of listing got 3 stars instead of 5 because there is a loud active railroad right across the street from the property. A train passes approximately very two hours, blaring a horn every time. I could hear this as early as 4:00AM and all day. This detail is not listed anywhere in the property description and will wake you up or startle you if you’re unaware.

Lots of things broke and missing. There were wasp nest outside and the deck was janky and unsafe. Kitchen was great. Please consider replacing shower heads and fixing all the broken and missing items and this place would get a higher rating. Location to downtown was quick and easy. If you stay here just expect to have lower expectations compared to the really nice photos. Property manager was great to work with.

Cute farm house. We were just disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We chose the place because they had a hot tub. Everything else was nice and clean and comfortable. Shower on the main level was extremely tiny. Owners did let us know before our trip that they were trying to get the hot tub fixed, but it was still disappointing.

We loved our stay in the farmhouse!! It's a very large property, both inside and outside and could easily accommodate even more than our group! The only downside of this property is that the train tracks are right across the street so that is loud - but would not detour us from staying there again.

Our stay was great! This property is very spacious and the hot tub was wonderful. The only downside is close proximity to a train track, however, all parties agreed we would happily stay again as the noise was only occasional.

The Country Farmhouse in Palisade worked beautifully for our group of 7 women in their 50s and 60s. We celebrated our reunion with yummy meals in the well designed kitchen and fun soaks in the hot tub. We did all the things the area has to offer: winery visit, hike on the Grand Mesa, sunset picnic at the Colorado National Monument, farmers' market, disc golf and orchard tour. A wonderful time was had by all!

We were 5 in total. We all slept comfortably and marveled at how well the kitchen was stocked, the extra towels and bedding available and the cleanliness. All the appliances worked, the TV and wi-fi straight forward, and the house just cozy! It was great staying on a peach farm, and being close to many wineries was wonderful too! We would stay again and highly recommend this rental! Oh, and we left an extra car key in the house and Sydney was so kind to mail it back to us promptly! Great communicator and a great guy:)

The group had a great time at this lovely VRBO. We were steps away from a peach grove, and minutes away from some great wineries and downtown Palisade. The house could not have been better. It was clean and fresh on our arrival, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and being together. Plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was clean and easy to access. We had a greta time at this 5 star VRBO and would highly recommend.
