Completely updated home! -Close to hospitals, UD, Wright Patt Air Force Base.

Beautifully updated, clean and cozy home in a great neighborhood. Hostess was very responsive- she even got us a coffee maker to use since we prefer brewed coffee to keurig. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’ve tried several homes in the area and this one is our favorite by far. We look forward to staying again next year!

We loved staying in Kelli and Newt’s beautiful home. Everything was top-notch, from the location to the well equipped kitchen, bathroom and all little details, including locally sourced snacks and beer. We were in town for my brother’s memorial service, so having a comforting place to stay really made our weekend easier.

This was hands down the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Every detail was so well thought out, and the welcome basket with local treats was such a thoughtful touch. Our host was quick to respond with any questions, friendly and very helpful. Love this house! Updated and well equipped. Great location with easy access to just about everything.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We used this as our home base while visiting with family. My two grandsons were even able to walk here from their school, which was an extra special time for us. Beds were very comfortable and we didn’t feel that anything was lacking. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor area but we were just too busy. Would definitely book again. Very nice neighborhood.

As other reviews have stated the property was immaculate, comfortable, and central to everything we needed in Dayton. Definitely one of the finest, if not the finest property I have used on VRBO. Great house

The place was very well maintained and had above average amenities. The owners go above and beyond on this property.

My parents and I needed a place to stay near Oakwood/Dayton for a family wedding, but all the hotels were booked for a UD alumni event. We luckily found this amazing home in Kettering and it was beyond perfect. I expect we'll return here on future visits. The owners were so friendly and inviting. They've obviously made efforts to modernize the home for guests. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, but could easily accommodate 6 thanks to the office/3rd bedroom. There were plenty of amenities - honestly the first rental house in ages that actually had enough toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for the length of our visit. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of closet and dresser space. And so conveniently located to all our activities across the week. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our visit to the area to see family and relax. The home is clean and updated with everything you would need to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the property and yard are well maintained and we enjoyed having a patio and grill. The host, Kelli, was responsive and friendly. It was a great spot and we would love to return.
