For safety and security, all guests must complete a pre-arrival verification (Photo ID required, age 25+).  
This is a self check-in property. Guests are responsible for reviewing all arrival instructions before reaching the home. Check-in details are sent in advance through our messaging and guidebook system. Overnight assistance may be limited for non-emergency matters if the provided instructions were not reviewed.

Pet Policy:
We are dog-friendly! Well-behaved dogs are welcome (additional fees may apply). Due to severe allergies, cats are strictly prohibited.  

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable administrative fee. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip.

Parking & Entry Instructions
For easy access, please enter the building through the back door, located behind the property. Simply pull into the driveway and park in your designated garage spot, which corresponds to the unit you rented—this will be your parking space for the duration of your stay.

Bringing a second vehicle Please do not park in another guest's garage spot. Instead, use the street parking along the front of the building.

Guest Verification & Fees
The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver applies per stay.

Pet Policy
One dog is permitted per stay for an additional fee. Additional pets may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies.

Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.

Same-Day Bookings
Reservations made between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM may require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs. We do our best to accommodate last-minute reservations whenever possible.

    The apartment was very clean. Green couches and both beds were comfortable. There is no central air conditioning, so it was a very hot weekend (90's), and only one of the bedrooms has a window AC unit as does the living area. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, but despite keeping bedroom doors open, the bedroom without AC was still very warm. Also, the one bathroom had no plugs in the bathroom (that we could find!) and no other room had a plug near a mirror, so we had to blowdry our hair without a mirror.

    Janine is a great host. Our stay was perfect as always and why her place is our go to when we are visiting the area. Place is always clean and well stocked.
