I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area

Went on a somewhat last minute trip to visit family in Ohio. Host was so pleasant even though I booked with so little notice. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. I was worried that it was in such a populated area and right next to a major road, but the area was really nice and within walking distance to a cool outdoor mall. The road was busy but there werent cars on it overnight so it was quiet and didnt interupt our sleep. We are used to sleeping with a ceiling fan for white noise and neither room has one. That is just a preference though so no big deal. We just went out and got a little fan and that solved the problem. I will definitely book again when we visit.

Great communication and good location near eateries and UD

This condo is located very close to shopping, restaurants of all types, and a movie theater. It's a peaceful, comfortable space and we enjoyed our time there. Latrice is very easy to contact with questions and she responds quickly. Everything was great.

We were traveling for a volleyball tournament with my 16 year old daughter. There is an incredible mall literally across the street. Its surrounded by many many many restaurants. The surrounding apartments are pet friendly and when we pulled up you could hear dogs barking but once inside, it was quiet. We didn't hear anything all night. Check-in had several snags. Check-in was at 3 but at 4:15, we still didn't have a check-in code. I messaged her to get it. The original code provided was not the correct code. Once we got in, the heat was not on so it was 55 degrees inside and 2 smoke detectors were beeping. I reached out to Letrice and she was able to come over within 15 minutes to fix the smoke detectors. She was even sweet enough to offer us a subway card as a way to say sorry for the bumps. The apartment is listed as 1.5 baths but there is only 1 bath in the apartment. The beds were comfy. The towels were super soft. It was super clean. Snacks were provided. The water pressure in the shower was a little on the soft side and the water at the hottest temperature was lukewarm which was weird because the sink water got hot. We enjoyed our stay and if in the area will be back. My daughter actually asked if we could do a girls weekend here.
