Comfortable Family Beach House Easy Walk To Beach & Restaurants, Enclosed Yard

Great location - clean - comfortable - loved the ping pong table !

Eight of us stayed at Jackie's to celebrate a 30th birthday. The house had everything in it for fun! Pelaton, ping pong table, piano, Guitar Hero, fire pit, good size private back yard, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds comfortable. It's a nine minute walk to First Beach, and less for coffee places, and restaurants. A one mile uber to downtown Newport. We would love to come again!

We had an amazing time! We are a bunch of 30-somethings that came for my sister's bachelorette party and had a great weekend. The house is a great chill-out place and is in close proximity to a bunch of stuff, including the town of Newport. We drove into town mostly, but also got an Uber a few times that got there in less than 10m. There was lots of room to hang out, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house had everything we needed (except a toaster, which the awesome hosts insisted on buying and dropping off for us). Newport is beautiful and we hope to come back some day. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Walk to Easton beach and Cliff Walk; great locatio

We had a great time staying at the home with our dogs while participating in all the events for our son’s wedding in Newport & Portsmouth, RI. The house was very centrally located for us to walk to the beach and drive to the various attractions! Thanks Jacki!

My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and significant others stayed in this home for an extended wedding weekend. The house was in a great location. The home was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I especially loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The backyard was beautiful and set up for enjoying the outdoor space. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Jackie was very accommodating and answered questions almost immediately. We all said we would love to return!!

We enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. The home was perfect for our stay with comfortable rooms and we really enjoyed the ping pong table. The host was easy to reach and we appreciated the response to our needs.

House had everything we wanted for a relaxing fall break. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were comfortable, and plenty of space to hang out and relax. Everyone loved having a ping-pong table and firepit. Easy walk in to town for dinners and the beach. Quick trip over to Newport to see the sites. Great communication with the hosts. Gym passes were an added bonus. Can't wait to come back!!!

Great location for downtown Newport and Jamestown Island. House had plenty of room, clean, and comfy. The ping pong/pool table was great! Lots of games played!

We enjoyed our stay at Jackie’s place. The house has a lovely back yard and ample sleeping space. It was a great spot for a group of family and friends to stay for a wedding.

Great house for a family stay. Close to beaches and food and fun. Had all the amenities we were looking for in a great area.

We had a great stay, house was walking distance to restaurants in Middletown and we biked along the beach into Newport. Comfortable stay and plenty of room for 7 adults!

Jacki was extremely communicative throughout our stay! The house was better than even expected, and the outdoor patio makes for beautiful summer nights.

8 of us stayed comfortably at this beautiful home! This was the perfect location; walking distance to a few restaurants, a quick drive into downtown Newport. It was so much fun! The house itself very clean! Would recommend.

My friends and I were in the Newport-area for a wedding. This house was great for our group. Spacious, clean, and close the everything we wanted to do.
