Very nice rental in a great location. Everything was well stocked and as a Colorado Trail through hiker, I appreciated the bathtub and the laundry facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

This property located within easy walking distance to downtown and the river walk. We had everything we needed to cook many meals. Great layout in the home and the art on the walls is like sleeping in a gallery.

Kids enjoyed playing at the Riverside Park playground before and after meals. Quick and easy access to Monarch. We will be back next year for more fun and relaxation. Location and price of this place are unbeatable. Host is quick to respond to questions.

Dvora’s place was perfect for my husband and I. It’s a great old charming home with a nice backyard with a view of Tenderfoot Mtn. The location is a couple of blocks from shops and restaurants yet is on a very quiet street. Check in/out was easy. Dvora responded quickly to messages. We will be back! Thank you!

The property is adorable. It felt like staying in a little art museum. The artwork is extraordinary. The property is well adorned with all of the necessary essentials plus. The location can't be beat. It is on a quiet street one block from the river and about three blocks from downtown. A plethora of shopping and dining within close walking distance. The grocery store was also close. We had a vehicle but never had to drive in town since everything was so close. We did drive to Monarch to ski, which was a short drive. There was a large back yard with bikes available. The washer and dryer, along with detergent, was very useful. The fireplace in the front room made everything cozy and warm. There are no cons to this property at all. A very strong 10 out of 10.

We had a great stay at this small cottage near downtown Salida. Walking distance to everywhere. Across the street from the police station and an EV charging station, so it's very safe, secure and quiet. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely book again.

The property was as advertised. The back yard is a good size. It was easy to find. We were able to walk to food and shopping. Communication was great!

Our family of four stayed here in early January for a ski trip to Monarch. The small house is as advertised, and worked well for us. It is clean, thoughtfully outfitted, and comfortable. Parking is easy, and it was nice to be able to walk to the downtown businesses and to a small park and playground by the river. The owner was friendly and helpful.

All around super place for one or two. 3 might feel a bit crowded. Perfect location, great comms from the owner.

Our 4th time here and as with each time. Everything was perfect, weather too! We will be back!

My wife and I took a delayed honeymoon visit to Salida and stayed in this great little place! It was close to everything which made for a nice walk everyday to go to town and the river park. We loved our visit and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Had a wonderful time in Salida. The place was spacious, clean, and inviting. The location is walkable to most places around the downtown area. Loved watching the surfers at the park, getting milkshakes at the soda fountain, enjoyed browsing the art galleries, and enjoyed eating at several places downtown. Would book this place again in a heartbeat.

This place is in the absolute best location for a family to enjoy Salida. This home had plenty of room for a family of four, and included all that we needed for our stay. We brought a twin inflatable bed for the entry room so our teenagers had their own space. The backyard provided us with the perfect view to enjoy the fireworks from S mountain. We certainly want to return in the future.
