Coastal Luxe Retreat with Hot Tub & Fire Pit only 5 Min to Beach

The house was beautiful and decorated with a nautical theme. We did drive to downtown and it took us less than 15 minutes to get there. The host was exceptional. His responses to our questions were always timely. Definitely would recommend this home

Love the property! So happy with our stay and how easy the process was to check in, it was a well-stocked home with lovely details, plus the proximity to coffee shops / the beach was great. we have young children and they slept through the night here - which is a 10/10 rating for us.

The best way to summarize the home is to say it is EXACTLY as depicted...clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, safe and quiet neighborhood, relaxing and with every amenity you could possibly need. We were traveling for our son's graduation with our newborn granddaughter and toddler grandson. Our grandson loved the yard, walks around the cul-de-sac and sitting on the adirondack chairs watching the birds etc. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are lovely. The main floor is open and inviting for family dinners, movies and playing games. We had a truly wonderful time. The location is excellent, close to 1st Beach, Cliff Walk, downtown Newport and to our son's school. Communication with Patrick was easy and he was more than accommodating. As we headed home we all talked about our next visit to RI and that we would absolutely stay here again!

My wife, parents, aunt and I came to Newport to show my wife, who had never been to New England before the area where we came from. The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised and Patrick was great to work with. The house was close enough to Newport to get to easily without having to deal with the traffic of being downtown. Also Patrick provided some great restaurant recommendations which we appreciated.

We came to Middletown for a family wedding and fell in love with this house and area. Location of this home was so convenient to Newport and all beaches and various necessary amenities everything at your finger tips. It’s located on a private street with many similar looking properties, well taken care of neighborhood. We were able to Uber in and out of Newport with great ease, no more than a 10 minute drive at any time of the day. The house pantry/kitchen provided anything you might need to cook at home. It was stocked with all the necessities my own home has and more. The yard was perfect for dinners on the deck and family games on the lawn. Patrick was so easy to work with, provided his cell phone from the start of the trip and promptly replied to any questions I had throughout our stay and prior. We rent many properties thru Vrbo and I can say that this was top notch. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to visit this area, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect house in an ideal location!

This house was so well stocked with kitchen items and more, it made us wonder what their main home looks like!! We brought our outdoor lobster cooking pot with our propane tank, and they actually had one too! I would highly recommend renting this home! thank you, Judy
