Clean, Clean, Clean 4BR Home 3 Floors of Decks Perfect Location Rooftop Hot Tub

Had a grt time. Wonderful place. Terrific location. Very clean.

The house was perfect…it was very clean!! All we needed to do was unpack and start our on time on LBI. The property was exactly what we needed for 5 adults and 2 children. Very family friendly. The kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t do any meal prep. The deck with the grill, hot tub, and covered area was a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The location was great. The amusement park and restaurants were all within an easy walk. We were busy with wedding preparations, so unfortunately we never made it to the beach. I don’t think it’s a far walk though.We needed a sitter for the kids. I’m giving Tim her number. She was recommended by a friend on LBI and was fabulous. The kids loved her! It’s hard to impress 7 and 10 year olds. Tim, our host, was lovely. He was very quick to answer any questions that I had before arrival. There is also a huge garage that made unloading a breeze. I highly recommend this property!!

Family enjoyed the stay. We walked everywhere! Perfect for parents with small children to have the bedroom off the master.

Great space where two families of five with six kids ranging from 12-20 felt like they had space. Outdoor decks, grill and hot tub were awesome. Location - you are in the heart of it and yet once you enter the house - you are away from it all. A ton of extra pillows and blankets in closets along with cleaning and cooking devices - not the usual barebones that you get! Garage is well stocked with beach accessories and chairs. There was ample street parking in addition to spots provided. Loved having two sets of washer dryers. Owner is very responsive

Very easy checkin. Excellent communication with host. Lots of room for my family. Roof top area had a shaded bar area which was nice for relaxing out of the sun and coffee in the morning.

Roomy, clean, great central location. The upper decks where fantastic to relax on in the evening. Hot tub was clean and worked great, very relaxing.

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful home. We particularly loved the rooftop hot tub! The property was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was great for us! We walked to restaurants and to the Bay Village. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

The house was awesome! Great set up with mostly twin beds so large groups don't need to share beds. We came for a girls weekend and the only flaw was I spent the first night cleaning (a lot) - it would be helpful for the owner to hire a cleaning service in between groups and not count on groups to do a good cleaning job. Otherwise the house was perfect - we loved the hot tub and great walking distance to everything!

Everything was great and the house fit our needs perfectly. My cousins and I wanted to spend a weekend in Beach Haven. One of our must haves was a house with a hot tub. Early on in the reservation process I reached out to Tim to inquire about the tub. He responded quickly and said a new one was being installed just in time for our stay! The home was spacious enough for our group and every one was able to have a bed. It’s within walking distance of so many of our favorite Beach Haven spots. The home was clean and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed. We enjoyed the new hot tub as well. Tim was great to work with. Thank you! We will consider staying again in the future, maybe when it is a little warmer!

We had the pleasure of staying for our wedding weekend! The property was absolutely fantastic & conveniently located to the bay, beach, & restaurants. The decks were perfect for hanging out, getting some sun, & grilling. The garage served as a hang out location, 'gym,' & meeting spot for friends & family members. Absolutely recommend for any groups looking for a spot to enjoy Beach Haven!

We had a great stay in Beach Haven. The house was really great and we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. So many restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach we barley drove all week.

We spent a week at Tim’s house with our teenagers and the setup and location were amazing. Tim was a great host, everything was really easy! Clean and plenty of room for all!

This was a wonderful home for our family staying in Beach Haven for our sister’s wedding. Spacious, perfect location close to great eating places, beach & shops. Our host was very accommodating & super informative. We would definitely stay there again! THANK YOU!

Me, my husband, 20 year old son, 16 year old daughter with 6 of her closest friends had an amazing time at this property. The rooftop deck with hot tub was a great retreat after a long day on beach. The girls could venture out anywhere as everything was in walking distance and the complete feel of safety you have in Beach Haven makes it easier for a parent to let them venture. The home was clean with open kitchen area that accommodated our large group. Tim, the property owner, was available at all times to answer questions and address any issues to quickly resolve. A definite 10!

We have been coming back to this house for the last few years and have always had a great time. The amenities, including the hot tub on the roof, and location from Beach Haven activities and the beach itself is unmatched. Tim is also very easy to work with and is very responsive.
