Charming Wine Country Home w/Hot Tub near Downtown

Nice property and pet friendly. Has everything you need for an extended stay. Would definitely book the house again, we were not disappointed.

A perfect oasis in wine country to unwind and relax after a long day of activities. We traveled with three kids and the place was perfect for them. The boys had a blast in the bunk beds. Close proximity to the children’s Museum, the Charles Schultz center and not a long drive to Traintown. We also made it to a few wineries as well. Place had all the amenities and the host was very responsive to our questions.

Great place to stay! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and made the process simple. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean and we were happy to have use of the garage. Quick responses from host Gary. We felt a little uncomfortable with the noise monitor and took away one star for stress that we may be too loud inside the house.

The place is in a great location to many places in Santa Rosa and is very quaint & quiet. It's nice to have a hot tub, but it is on the smaller size. The owner responds quickly with answers to questions.

We traveled to Santa Rosa for a family wedding in Sonoma County and needed a base of operations for just over a week. This property was exactly what we needed—a safe (albeit somewhat high-density housing) neighborhood, with plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, space for me to work while the family played, and a well-appointed kitchen we could use to keep from having to dine out for every meal. The host was amazing from start to finish! Ample & open communication leading up to our stay, and then very accommodating with information once we were checked in. And just a note on the neighborhood. While the neighborhood was definitely along the high-density housing lines, we had ample parking during our stay...and plenty of privacy, too. Overall, an amazing property in a great location in a beautiful part of a beautiful state.

The place was well kept, with a nice backyard and hot tub. Gary was a very receptive host, who supplied a lot of info on wineries and places to eat. He was quick to reply to messages. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from downtown Santa Rosa. Would stay here again!
