Charming residences with space for up to 15 guests

Great place but rundown The location is great, property manager Mary was extremely helpful and courteous. unfortunately the property owner is trying to sell the place therefore is not investing in the improvements. The first floor of the boathouse is under construction which apparently has been stopped a long time ago. The second floor carpet smells like mould. The main house master bedroom and bathroom look great but have a distinct smell of dead rodents, probably somewhere under the floor. They tried to put air fresheners everywhere but unfortunately the only thing that helps is the open balcony door :-) Otherwise it’s a beautiful place and we all had fun.

Loved the location and the island. So convenient to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at St. Elmo Island! The island was big and spacious! The kitchen and dining room are huge and made it easy to prepare food and relax together without being cramped! The dock for swimming and relaxing by the water was a nice spot to float and be in the water! We loved it so much we have already booked our stay for next year!

My brother and I, our spouses, and 7 teenage kids stayed on this beautiful island for 4 nights and had an absolute blast. The boating and swimming were fantastic, the island was spacious and we had tons to do, the kids stayed in the bunk house and the adults stayed in the main house which worked out great. The views were spectacular and the caretakers were wonderful to work with. We wished we stayed there a little longer and were sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

Great place for a getaway weekend.

Our time on this island will always be a treasured family memory. The island is beautiful and the views are stunning. The peace and quiet of the river help all the tension fade. We were still very close to A bay and all the amenities there. If we could have stayed longer we would have. This was a wonderful experiance.

The island was great and access to the town and fishing was incredible.

Loved the location of this island! It is in the heart of A-Bay! The managers were easy to reach via email and by phone. Not much space for the reserved parking but luckily we had family staying near by. Future guests can park their boat trailers at the state park. We had a great time and luckily the flooding did not interfere with the island much!

Great place for bigger group of families, to spend quality of time. You can have lots of fun and activities right from your doorstep. Ride donut on water, swimming from a dock, or fishing right from island shore line. Island located in the heart of Alexandria Bay with breath taking view on majestic St Lawrence river. Very convenient short ride on the boat to the parking lot, easy acces to grocery stores, restaurants or ice cream shop. We all have very good time. Looking to comeback next year for “Pirate Week”. The island is great! We really had good time there. We will go back for sure.
