Charming Renovated Avalon Townhome, Walk to Beach!

The property is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location is ideal for shopping, beaches and restaurants There is grocery store a couple of blocks away for easy access to supplies. The location of the property is ideal but at times the road noise can get a little loud but quiets down in the evening.

Great beach house feel, love the great room area with kitchen, living and dining space all together, plus a cute closed balcony room adjacent. Short walk to waterfront and restaurants, grocery store, golf course, etc.

Wonderful home, loved the open floor plan and you can’t beat the location. Can walk to Vons easily and literally anywhere else as it’s very centrally located to shops and restaurants. We easily cooked meals since the kitchen was so well stocked. Would reserve again.

Close to town and ammeneties.

Our visit to Avalon to attend the Catalina Island Conservancy Ball was a great success due to our stay here. Great location, easy walk everywhere. Good communications, property worked well for our purposes, will stay here again if available.

It was a drag that we couldn't open the place up and enjoy the fresh air. The hardware on every door, including the front door does not work properly. The front sunroom doors and windows cannot be opened due to missing or broken hardware. If you try to open a window, it could fall out. All other windows do not function. The rear door is held closed with fishing wire and balcony is a mess. Many items broken throughout the place. Stair Railing falling off the wall. Floors were not clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Catalina and we loved the house! So cozy and nice and everything worked fine.

We loved staying here! The only issue we had was a water leak due to rain, but otherwise had a great stay! Beautiful great room, kitchen, and dining table. One bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2 secondary bedrooms share a separate bathroom. Our 3yo loved the bunk bed!

Very nice and walkable to everything in Avalon - clean, bright and even a view of the ocean from the sunroom. Beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. Only drawback was noise from the lower unit well past quiet time of 10 pm on two of the nights.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving holiday! My 91 year grandmother and a few family members enjoyed the holiday on Catalina. The location was easy to find and so close to all that we needed. The staff were wonderful to work with. We all can’t wait to go back again.

Beautiful updated home with all the amenities. Stayed for three days with family. Loved that it was located so close to town. We were able to walk everywhere, no need for a golf cart. Only issue was getting a hold of the actual host. Had to go through a few steps to get that info, but once we did, it was smooth sailing from there. Will definitely be booking again!

We loved this property. We were travelling with our three adult children and their spouses and it was a great place for all of us. Fantastic location, not too far from the ferry and close to the shops. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Very nice place minutes from the ferry and a block from the grocery store. Much more modern than a lot of the old cottages on the island. Had a great time & would definitely return.
