The farmhouse is a quaint, comfortable place located on 20 acres of prime orchard and farm land where you can make yourself at home and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This is a unique location where our family grows cherries, apricots, peaches, apples, vegetables, flowers, and more!

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Had a great stay at the Z’s orchard farmhouse. The house is quiet, clean and a comfortable place to relax after enjoying sites around Grand Junction and Palisade. The orchard is beautiful and the peaches were delicious!! Highly recommend of you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025very comfortable farmhouse for 2 couples traveling together. gave us nice gathering together places, inside and out, as well as our private bedrooms.very clean, well equipped for eating in or grilling outside. beautiful grounds, great location and very accommodating hosts.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. Check-in was super flexible as our ETA changed a little bit. The location was perfect for the winery visits I had planned. Each day we could plan visits heading from and back to the property. We had access to everything we needed in the kitchen and BBQ for our morning and evening meals. I would certainly come back again!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse It felt so cozy and comfortable. The family pictures and heirlooms on the property made me feel so at home and relaxed, Clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds!!! The backyard patio and flowers were amazing for our mornings and evenings. We absolutely fell in love with the orchard, the views and the farmhouse ! Beautiful and peaceful stay!!!
