CHARMING HOME IN HEART OF BEACH HAVEN LBI!

We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed our time there, Very clean, cozy, and has nice decor. Extra pillows and blankets in the closets.

Perfect location, perfect house for our family!! We loved everything about it!

The house is cute, and it was the perfect size for four adults. It's not as large as the photos suggest (it's just half of the house you see in the photo), but it was large enough for our purposes. The location was great in the off season because it's near a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. It might be too central (too busy) in the height of summer.

This is our 4th time staying in this house, it never disappoints! Great location, perfect for biking to restaurants, shops, waterpark, and amusement park. Renovations underway, which makes it potentially even better. Can’t wait for next year!

Stay was wonderful. Great hosts who made a special exception for us which was greatly appreciated. Location is literal perfection. My only complaint was that the house could definitely use a good deep cleaning.

We love this part of LBI! So much to do and great beaches. From the booking, corresponding with the hosts and property manager, everything went smoothly and perfectly.

Location, location, location. There are at least 6 restaurants or more, Bay Village and the beach, all within walking distance. There is plenty of street parking. The home is beautiful, clean and easily accessible with an electronic lock and code. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and garage space for our bikes were great too. We look forward to returning again, next summer!

Very nice stay great location

The house is in a perfect location in Beach Haven -- close to everything. It's a beautiful house -- my son always calls them the fancy houses because it is in a row with Victorian town houses. The bedrooms are a nice size and spaced out from each other. There is a garage, which we used to house our bikes which was nice. Perfect stay!

We stayed here for our first family beach vacation. We had a blast it was close to everything.

Great house but upstairs is too hot and downstairs stays really cold! Otherwise the house is very convenient!

Having stayed in VRBO’s from coast to coast, have never run into the issue where we were required to bring our own sheets. This detail was buried in small print in a very obscure page in the listing. We called the property manager and inquired when we couldn’t find sheets for the trundle bed; he immediately brought us sheets and indicated the cleaning service forgot to leave them. Later, we realized none of the beds had sheets and called again; this is when we were told sheets are not provided and we must get through a local linen service (they were closed for weekend and in some cases for the season). The property manager was EXTREMELY rude, YELLING/ THREATENING. It was very confusing as he then said he only brought sheets as a courtesy and realized later he confused us for different guests. Clearly there was misunderstanding but instead ‘managing’ as such he was super unprofessional and copped a major unsettling attitude. Again, we have rented VRBO’s at least 50 plus times and NEVER were sheets not provided). IT was a very unsettling and unnecessarily Rude conversation; it could have easily been avoided if the sheet details had been listed with the bedroom descriptions (i would suggest bold print and/or all caps) Apparently, this practice is common on the Jersey Shore so take note accordingly.

The home was very nice, clean, and easy to find. Parking was available directly in front of the home. The owners and the property manager were extremely responsive to our questions when we decided to sign up. The home is well represented in the offering. Overall, it was a very good choice for us.

The house was in a great location. We could was to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was the perfect place for our girls weekend. We hope to come back again.

The home was beautiful and was in the perfect location. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. Center street was the best location. We could walk to both beach and bay, get iced cream at our favorite Barry’s do my a favor or have oysters at Triton’s happy hour. Thank you to our hosts

The property is very nice, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the listing said that bikes were available and they were not which was disappointing. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT

Location was PERFECT for our family weekend on LBI in September. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream, shopping and Fantasy Island. Hadn't seen anything in the VRBO listing requiring guests to bring linens (perhaps I missed it); luckily I thought to ask beforehand. Property Manager was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Would rent again!

A nice home- beds worked; complaints about the mattress on the queen sleeper couch/ being very uncomfortable for1 adult and older date of the mattress. Some dust bunnies/bugs Needs painting I’m glad that I brought a small roll of paper towels- was under the impression that tissues in the bathroom and hand towels would be provided. Went to Acme to buy these items as well as hand soap for the shower. Did not like the cigarette butts next to the outside grill which was disgusting, as well as the grill brush. Would be happy if the owner would contact me about these concerns.

No entry code was ever sent, owner was totally unresponsive. VRBO does not have access to the code and the owner was unresponsive to them as well. To give VRBO credit, they did try to work with us to re-locate but we were too large a group last minute for anyplace. I WAS refunded all my fees but the vacation didn't happen.

Another fantastic stay in our happy place😊. Perfect location, comfortable, just what we needed. Already booked again for next year!
