Amazing house! Lots of space for our family gathering. Easy access to house for mobility challenged with just two steps at front entrance. House is beautifully maintained. Will happily book again.

I really enjoyed this home. There were many special touches (books, outlets, & other amenities). The place was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. This house has old fashioned charm with a lot of contemporary conveniences. I especially appreciated having NO checked list. Amazing and well worth the price.

Very clean house with comfortable living area and well stocked kitchen. Communication prior to check in was great, but some questions came up during our stay and it was difficult to get ahold of the owner. Other than that, it was a great experience and we’d stay again.

Super clean and comfortable!

We really liked the layout of the house. It was really nice to have the kitchen in an area away from bedrooms. This allowed for activity in the kitchen without disturbing people who were still sleeping. Loved the lawn in the backyard, great for little one. Proximity to all of our activities made this location convenient.

With family in the area, we are in Yakima at least once a year. We have had trouble finding a location that would accommodate all of our needs, and this one was perfect. Monica was a great communicator, and the property is exactly as listed. It is across the street from the park, and we could not have been happier with the location and the home.

Good stay

The home is in a beautiful area, across from a safe, green park that is used by the neighborhood. The space inside the home is clean, updated, and comfortable. The home was not lacking anything, but fully supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed the green lawn with a picnic table and side chairs in the morning and late afternoons.

The home is updated and well maintained with quality appliances and linens. We liked shoes are not allowed indoors - dirt stays outside. WiFi works well. The photos are accurate and the host is super responsive. We stayed 3 nights

This three-level home is much like the home I grew up in nearby Sunnyside. Its spaces and amenities felt like home: cozy kitchen, spacious basement for recreation, two bedrooms on main floor and second floor, well equipped bathrooms with wonderful towels. Climate controls, quiet near park, track and school neighborhood. Wonderful for 1 set of kids, 1 set of parents and 1 set of grandparents. Monica’s home was a come-backer for us.

This house worked very well for four colleagues who came to Yakima for a meeting. Easy to find, easy to park, nice kitchen and comfortable living room. 2 bedrooms on the first and second floors, and one full bathroom on each floor. We did not use the downstairs, but it was another full living room, and washer/dryer. I would choose this VRBO again.

Charming cottage for our family of six to stay while attending a wedding in Yakima! The home has classic character and the kids loved the finished basement with a ping pong table. While there is sleeping for 8, I’d recommend keeping the occupants to six if you want to be able to gather round the table. For our group the place was just right!

We had a great experience, very charming home in a very desirable area of Yakima, WA. Right across from Franklin Park, great walking and workout area and place for kids to play. Home was very secure with alarms, everything we needed was provided. I highly recommend this home for your next trip to Yakima, we certainly would stay here again. 10 out of 10!!!

The ad was an exact match to our experience. So much space. Loved the rooms and bed options. Ice cold AC. Perfect location to the Sundome Fair grounds. We found close and delicious restaurants. Overall great experience and the host was the best I’ve ever had. If we come back to Yakima for anything we will try to stay here!
