Charming Cream of the Crop Cape ~❤️of Middletown

It is exactly as described. Comfortable, convenient to all of places that we needed to go while in Middletown. If family matters again require a visit to the area, we will definitely book again.

My family and I loved staying here. We had everything we needed and more. The town of Middletown is so quaint and charming as well. The neighborhood itself was quiet. I highly recommend!

My sister, husband and I stayed for a 3 day weekend to celebrate all of our birthdays. We loved the home. It was great for us that there were 2 bedrooms with each having their own bathrooms on deferential floors. This provided privacy and I feel this would be great for 2 couples traveling together. The home was excellently stocked including spices and little extras you don't always find. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. It was great that we could bring our dogs and we enjoyed the many parks with hiking trails that were nearby.

Perfect house!

The location is excellent for exploring Middletown and surrounding area. All everyday essentials were there. Having a full kitchen and laundry is very convenient.

Great place to stay. Very clean and beautiful. The Host was very nice too and kept us informed. We will definetly stay there again!

House was clean and had a comfortable bed

This cute cottage was the perfect choice for my families weekend visit to Middletown. Our group consisted of four adults and two dogs. Everything from the well stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds this home met all our needs. My wife and daughter exclaimed about the cleanliness and the decorating. Also a big plus for us was the availability of nearby grocery shopping and places to eat out. We will definitely be making this house our go to place when making future travel plans to Middletown.

An absolutely charming getaway spot tucked in a small town with trendy shops and eateries. Our host gave fabulous recommendations and the property was spotless, cozy and well equipped for the perfect weekend getaway.

This was our second time staying here. The house is exactly as pictured. Comfy beds and furniture, kitchen stocked with all the basics. The owner is very responsive. We will be back.

Great location for Middletown/Myersville/Wolfesville/Frederick/Jefferson/Hagerstown area. Easy to access the property...great set up inside. Great communication with owner...no issues. Beds were comfortable. Ample supplies (TP, towels, cutlery, etc) inside. Thank ypu for allowing my parents tiny dog to stay. Awesome touch with the Christmas decarations inside and out !

The home and property is as described. It looks brand new and is comfortably furnished. The wifi worked well. It was on a quiet street in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The host was very understanding when we lost the key; she got us a new one right away. I would highly recommend this cute, quiet spot!

We had such a a lovely time here exploring local trails and parks. The town is so cute, and this location was perfect. It's a quiet street, a lovely home, and within walking distance to a park with a playground. Our two toddlers had a blast and we enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Used the stay as a central location for visiting Antietam, Gettysburg and Harpers Ferry. Local town had its own history. Local supermarket Safeway had good stock, as we mainly cooked in. The air conditioning unit was in the basement which made the downstairs bedroom a bit noisy for sleeping.

Adorable, updated property. Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood (except one of the neighbor's dogs were having a barking fit both nights-it was earlier in the evening and didn't disrupt sleep). Well appointed-everything that you need in the kitchen. 3 televisions. 2 full bathrooms. Beautiful location. Host was very receptive and clear with instructions. Definitely a 5 star property that I would stay at again and recommend to anyone!

The property is very well maintained and clean. Very easy checking in and getting access to wi-fi and cable tv. The kitchen is well equipped as are the towels and bedding supplies. It’s a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood and we enjoyed the outdoor deck very much. Communications with the landlord was excellent..

We had a nice stay in this charming house. Everything we needed to relax, chat, visit, and cook was available and in working order. The beds were comfortable, the shower water hot, and the house was clean and nicely warm -- especially appreciated on these freezing, snowy days! Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Our experience this week was just as wonderful as when we stayed here in Feb 2023!!!!

Our stay was short but sweet. The house was a perfect size for us. Clean and cute. If I had anything negative to say it would be upgrade on the bed linens. Didn’t care much for them. Would stay here again.

We were looking for a quiet getaway location from the Black Friday and Small Business Saturday crowds, but also a location that was close to several small towns near the area...and this property checked all boxes! Everywhere you go within 20-30 minutes is a delight for the history, art, music collector, foodie, entertainment, wine, distillery, brewery, or shopping fanatic...a delightful home and one we hope to visit again!

Lovely accommodations. Perfect for two couples. Clean and quiet. The town was charming and we enjoyed walking around and seeing the local scarecrow competition.

My husband and I celebrated our 48th anniversary here and traveled to northern VA wineries and Leesburg from Middletown. The home was clean, beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything you could need. It was a perfect location on a quiet street. Checkin and checkout were both easy and the owner was very responsive. There are a couple nice restaurants in town - we definitely recommend The Main Cup! I hope we can stay here again at some point. Thanks for a great stay!

We used this house for me and my bridesmaids to get hair and makeup done before my wedding. It worked perfectly there was more than enough space for everyone and for hair and makeup to be done in good lighting. It’s a cute little home

Our family spent a few days at the Cape Cod and this place is amazing!! It was very clean and well prepared for any stay! I would recommend to anyone and will be returning!
