Very clean and had everything we needed to make our own meals. Also centrally located to National parks, hiking trails (AT), and a beach.

Very clean and quiet!

This is a great private and quiet place to stay! Communication with Traci was very good. It was such a great surprise to walk in and be greeted with a delicious serving of homemade blueberry cake and icing and cute vases of flowers scattered around. We felt right at home immediately. Very comfy bed and the whole unit was clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and nice size TV. We would love to stay here again.

This little house was the perfect place to stay and relax on our running road trip.Very homey and comfortable, well appointed, and comfy beds.The home baked treats, fresh flowers, and chocolates on the table topped it off!Easy to find, good parking, and Traci was a super accommodating host.

A very cozy and clean apartment. I always try to stay here when I come to Frederick and Middletown.

We had a quick, one-night stay and arrived after 10 PM. The only glitch was that VRBO failed to email our host about our arrival and we didn't have a check-in code. IMPORTANT TO NOTE that this was not our host's fault. She was great - made us feel welcome even though we were set for a very short stay.

This is the third time at this vrbo. As always, it is a welcoming cozy place. Loved the updated decor and electric fireplace. As always, the welcoming baked goods and fresh flowers were appreciated too!

This is our second stay in this cute, comfortable 2 bedroom! Quiet, peaceful, host is wonderful! This lovely town is like a picture perfect Hallmark Movie! We will stay again.

Absolutely wonderful experience!I hope to return.Owners were super friendly, accommodations were comfy, clean, cheery, and packed full of extras.Location is quite convenient, parking was great, and we spent as much time as possible sitting and reading in the mornings and evenings at the outside table!

This is the second time we stayed there. It’s a great location walking into downtown Middletown and the place is adorable!!! They have thought of everything you would need to be comfortable!

This was spacious and comfortable for 2 people. They responded to my requests and comments -- washed sheets in unscented detergent, put flannel sheets on our bed as the night was expected to be chilly, milk in fridge for morning coffee. Nice to have extra nightlights and other supplies in case we needed them, like a toothbrush. The next morning we used a brochure on the coffee table to follow walking tours of Middletown -- a splendid morning exploring this historic town.

One if the best stocked places that we have stayed

The home is super cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed lounging in the living room. Both beds in the two bedrooms were comfortable. The full-sized kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable dish, utensil, pots and pans, and appliances. Special snacks were left for us, and fresh flowers were in every room. The linen supply and variety of toiletries, were abundant. It was a pleasant 20 minute drive to Harpers Ferry and all its attractions. I’d recommend staying here.

Four elders on a roots journey enjoyed our stay, with flowers and sweets to greet us. The house was just what we needed. We had some glitches because of health issues, which our host accommodated most kindly.

My second stay at Traci's guesthouse. Extremely comfortable and clean. Although I had to leave early, I loved every minute of my stay.
