We had a wonderful time in Crystal River and our stay in this wonderful house was a highlight. First off, this place is huge! Plenty of room for a large family or family and grandparents. The large sunroom is great for game time or just chillin’. Melissa has thought of everything! Nice quiet neighborhood to enjoy walks but close to Crystal River and Homosassa. I highly recommend.

I cannot wait to come back and stay here every time I go to crystal river. Great location and relaxing as can be! Super clean home and plenty of amenities, one of the best hosts i’ve had by far!

Yes, very much. Left us a manatee beach towel and great post card to send home. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The sun room was beautifully decorated and had great games and coffee bar. We hope to go back again.

I stayed at Melissa’s perfect home for 1 month and can not think of 1 thing I’d change. From the time I contacted her about a change until the day we left she was the perfect host. The amenities were over the top. There were enough Kcups to last a family of six more than a month and then there were 4 different creamers. Beautiful home. Thank you, Melissa.

Every single thing was nice clean and Cozy from the couches to the beds..Windows and Fans, Home is equipped with Everything we needed to cook our meals, Melissa even left gifts for us!The prettiest and comfiest sun room ever!We had a perfect 3 day getaway.Hope to return soon!

This was our fourth fishing trip to Crystal River. And our fourth home we stayed in. Well I can tell you that we found our diamond in the rough. We will be renting this house every year for our annual fishing trip. We were very impressed with the property. The home was perfect for us. The layout worked very well for three men. But the house would be very welcoming for a family with a pet. The host was very accommodating to our needs. And the little extra surprises were a nice touch. You will have to stay there to find out.

Second time staying at location in a few months. Host, house, location to local destinations all perfect. Book and know, you'll enjoy your stay.

We loved this place! Clean and welcoming, and excellent Florida/manatee decor. We loved the big sunroom in the back and spent any hanging out time there. I was able to use the treadmill twice (was hoping for more, but, well, vacation!). I also enjoyed the big Tetris Tumble game.The house is well laid out and there's everything you need for cooking, other than basic cooking supplies, like salt and pepper (which we left), oil, basic spices, etc. The only thing we actually cooked was eggs, and we had purchased butter and the S&P for that, so not a big deal to us, but be plan ahead in your shopping if you're planning for more home-cooked meals.There was a Keurig and coffee pods as well as creamers, and that was much appreciated! Melissa made us feel very welcome. I would love to rent here again, and I have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Good location for all the springs in the area. Easy to find. Good eating places close by. The Host provided all the comforts of home and the extra pampering of a spa. Spectacular home with lots of fine quality. The great room in back of the house is an amazing place for a group to gather, play games or relax.

This place beat all expectations. The house is beautifully remodeled on the inside with comfy beds and furniture, local decorative touches, and multiple entertainment areas. The house was perfectly clean and offered multiple options for inside entertainment on a rainy day or close enough to any activity you want to enjoy in town within minutes.

As often as we stay in rental houses, there is always a critique. So much so that we travel with a bag for our needs: sharp knife, dishwasher pods, zip locks, couch blanket.... Not needed at Melissa's. She has you truly feeling like your home. Everything you touch is of quality and thoughtful. I choice her place because of the pictures (like we all do). The large table drew me in as a place for games at night. When we arrived that room wowed us and we spent all of our time there. To emphasize and summarize, if her house is available, book it and enjoy your time in area as much as you will enjoy the home.

My two adult sons and I stayed at Melissa's very comfortable home for 5 nights on a fishing trip to celebrate their graduations from college and medical school. This home was the most completely and properly furnished of any VRBO I've stayed in. Everything we needed, convenient, well raken care of and organized. Melissa even greeted us with a personal hand written note, balloons and gifts recognizing my son's graduations. Very impressed in every way! Thanks Melissa!

Our family was in town for a wedding and we are so glad we stayed at this property! The home appears to have been recently remodeled and was equipped with everything needed for a weekend stay! Melissa also answered any questions right away. If we happen to be in this area again, we will definitely look to stay at this home!

We all were incredibly impressed with the home, the decor was very inviting, the host thought of absolutely everything that anybody would ever need!Nice personal touches throughout, our favorite place was the back enclosed lanai… the squirrels were entertaining, a variety of games were provided which we made use of! We all said that no other place that we have stayed compared to this home and this host!

This home is very welcoming with new appliances, really cozy spaces, well appointed kitchen and coffee bar. Comfortable beds, new or nearly new linens and plenty of towels. Good location in quiet neighborhood not far from Crystal River business district. Several hiking trails and a wildlife center are easy drives away. Host was very accommodating- a very pleasant month in this great home!

We had a great time the house is very clean it was as describe in the description. The host was great and everything we done was with in 30 minutes of the house.

Big comfortable living room. Spacious Bedrooms, New, top of the line appliances in the roomy kitchen and more utensils than you will ever use. All in all a great rental. Then you get to the Sun Room. It will blow you away how relaxing and inviting it is. Super large couch. Beautiful decor. Windows all around. So thankful I didn't stay at a hotel this time. Will definitely return over and again.

Initially did not have easy time using code to enter. Home was decorated nicely for Christmas. Wish there were more TV channels to choose from. Otherwise, comfortable.

What a wonderfully curated house. This place had endless bonuses that we never even expected. We booked because of the neighborhoods proximity to boundless nature but were so surprised by how spacious and fully stocked the house was. It was so nice to need for nothing! Such thoughtful additions like spices, cooking basics, coffee and all the fixin's, aluminum foil, quality cookware, games, a MASSIVE bonus room and the host even left a sweet gift. So nice to see hosts who take pride in their listing and this one sure does! Easy to communicate with, super willing to help! What a great spot at a great price! Everyone in our group loved this home. It was a fun stay going both to rainbow river and crystal river. Location was great for both places. Great home for bigger group with enough space for everyone to be comfortable and happy. Personal notes, snacks, and surprises a plus as well. We will book again ❤️

When we first arrived we could tell this property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was also well stocked with towels, blankets, and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and kind. The kitchen had everything needed and all of the appliances and amenities were either new or in great working order. This house comes with a wonderful sunroom patio and backyard and is pet friendly. Honestly I cannot think of a single negative regarding our state here. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at The Manatee house. The house was very clean and decorated so cute! It was close to the Marina that we went scalloping out of. Melissa has a great coffee bar and fun games with plenty of room for the whole family to eat and spend time together. I will definitely stay here again!!
