Stayed Dec 25, 2025Basic space that is functional for a stay. Decent neighborhood. 6 cup coffee maker was a real bummer and one bed had uncomfortable downward slope. Couches and recliners very comfy. House is dark and could use some floor lamps. Kitchen counters with cigarette burns. Shower had very slow drain.

Stayed May 9, 2025Very nice neighborhood. Home was clean except bathtub and there was a bad odor coming from the garbage can. Bed linens were nice, but towels were very small and thin. Host left water bottles, which was much appreciated. Overall, the rental met our needs for our weekend in Dayton
