Central A/C! Spacious 4BR home near Downtown Salida - Sleeps 9

We had a great visit in Salida, it felt like a home away from home. This house is very spacious and lovely. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We were able to cook some meals and also go out to eat. It was very nice that the owner allows dogs, so we were able to bring our dog who enjoyed the nice sidewalks for walking and the fenced in back yard. Lots of nice shops and restaurants to walk to. Only about 30 minutes to drive Monarch mountain for skiing.

Kristi was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The house met all our needs, loved being walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Will stay there again.

It was clean and spacious. Lots of room for the whole family. And the location was great. Walking distance to downtown and a short 25 min drive to Monarch mountain.

Great place to stay in Salida. Close to Riverside park and downtown. This home was perfect for 7 adults and 1 dog.Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were all super comfortable.

Property was located perfect for easy access to downtown Salida. Surface cleaning was good but a deep clean of furniture and underneath is needed. Internet worked well but did crash several times and needed rebooting of router. There are multiple levels leading to the living area and one of the bedrooms, seemingly due to it being a converted carport. The levels didn't pose too many problems but not apparent from the property description or pictures. Despite the few minor issues, we would stay again at this location.

The house is conveniently located downtown and walkable who services. The house is spacious with an open floor plan and can accommodate a large group. The host is friendly and responsive to any questions that arise.

We loved our weekend at Kristi’s in Salida! It was a great house for a family stay for everyone to have their own space and it was easy to walk to downtown restaurants and hiking trails.

Had a great time staying at this clean and conveniently located property. Easy walk to river as well as downtown.

Being just a couple blocks from the city center made our weekend really easy. The property was exactly as represented, and Kristi was a great host. She responded to questions right away and provides a packet of information with all the property and local details you might need.

The place was in a great location and close to walking to town. A perfect size for our large family. The only issue is that with the high temperatures during the week we were there, at times the house was a little warm but a great week.
