Stayed Jul 29, 2024Wonderful stay on Sumner Ave! House was clean, Alison was super easy to communicate with and we were close to everything! We will be back! No spa, as mentioned in the posting but the ocean is just a few blocks away.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026Location was perfect for us staying the weekend of our paddling race. We were allowed to check-in after our ferry arrived, which was greatly appreciated! The kitchen was also great to have. Just like most of the older/original buildings in Avalon, it does creak so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

Stayed Mar 29, 2026We had the Best Host, very friendly and prompt response. The house had everything we need for our stay. Very clean and most of all very close to everything. The Vons store is only two blocks away. I would reccommend this home away from home to Everyone!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Our group of 8 slept easily in this home, and we were thrilled by the location. Everything was so walkable, just blocks from the beach and very close to the Vons. Our host was easily accessible and very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The property is just what we needed. A lot of beds and bathrooms. Close to Vons and the main shopping area. Loved the stay and will definitely be going back.
