This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family residence is located on a bluff overlooking our lovely Aptos community, the beach at Rio Del Mar with the Monterey Bay beyond. Upon crossing the threshold into this home - you will feel like you have been transported to an Italian hill town! Colorful tiling is throughout, a small but cozy living room with warm neutral colors and fireplace, a well appointed kitchen sits across from the dining area and awe inspiring views are throughout! The Casa Des Suenos has the most wonderful indoor/outdoor layout, and is ideally set up for entertaining.
