Enjoy boogie boards, surf board, 8 beach chairs, 10 beach tags, 2 beach umbrellas, corn hole, spikeball and yes even a regulation beer Dye table. 8-foot pool table not shown but will be in garage.

This beautiful home comfortably boasts large wide open spaces and decks for spending time together. The 3rd floor with elevator features a large master bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The large living/dining/kitchen space features dining for 16, a fireplace, large section sofa with smart TV. A powder room is located on the top floor for convenience. The decks off the top floor have views of the ocean with covered dining area for 6, a Weber grill as well as a Blackstone Griddle (perfect for Hibachi night!!). The kitchen is a Chef's kitchen featuring Wolf appliances. There is also a large walk-in pantry.

The second floor features 2 junior master bedrooms (king beds and en suite in both), 2 kids bedrooms with bunks, a full bathroom and spacious family room and deck. Ceiling fans throughout. All bedroom rooms come with closets and dressers for unpacking and enjoying. The family room offers a large screen television, bar and plenty of seating on the oversize L-shapes couch great for movie night. The family room features a deck great for people watching. There is also a laundry room with washer/dryer.

There are two work-stations for the working professional with profession grade wifi throughout the house.

The garage level includes access to a spacious backyard with heated, salt water pool, outdoor shower, 5 chaise lounges and comfortable lounging area with smart TV.
